mr. btc-e,

i use your option to deposit via okpay, that was more than 50 days ago, sent a wire transfer to them for $2000, all i got from them are messages saying something like this "our finance department is checking some sort of issue..." to this day nothing, i sent them countless messages and they only gave me the same response, i plan to deposit this money to btce but now its stuck in this okpay scammer company you introduced to me -- WHY YOU DO THIS!!!! WHY!!!!!! YOU INTRODUCE SCAMMER COMPANY OKPAY TO INNOCENT PEOPLE WHO WANT TO MAKE MONEY IN BITCOIN TRADING USING BTCE WHY SCAMMER COMPANY OKPAY THERE IN OPTION TO DEPOSIT!!!!

Keep asking here? I don't think there is any other better way. And of course do not make the same mistake again.
btc-e is good but not for fiat and not in support.
any suggestion is there only problem with bank transfer or perfect money and web money also have same problem
yes there is no problem transferring with these methods mostly its happen to bank transfer

it is only for bank transfer of fiat money

Meanwhile the support send me a short reply:

Even I am nearly sure that my bank transfer was 100% correct I requested my bank to investigate (another 50 to 60 EUR charge).

I will keep you up-to-date on what is going on in this case.

I transfered some money to BTC-e on Dec, 16th 2013 as SEPA transfer. I did the same transfer with a lower sum before.

Up to now the money is not shown in my BTC-e account.

On Dec, 23rd 2013 I created ticket  WXJ-614-36955.  But BTC-e support has not replied so far.

On Dec, 30 2013 I got this mail:

over 1 month after starting the dispute, the 330 hour money hold has expired.

i've attempted to withdraw a small amount initially

No tx numbers were issued...

Only 'Зaявкa ycпeшнo пoдтвepждeнa' which translates to  'application successfully validated'



EDIT - All funds now withdrawn from BTCe!!


My advice to guys struggling with 'support' is to use large red bold font and post on as many of these threads as needed until you get a decent reply.

Dear btc-e.com,

You have withdrawn USD from my account: FFC ACC.9311.23440 ACC ID S375879E on the 31st of December, 2013. This was done even though I only had a 0.0121 USD balance at the time!

This has been without my approval. Currently, my USD balance is negative.

Please return my USD balance to it's original level.

I have opened four service tickets which have been grouped together into one ticket :#MIB-593-41433. No one has replied.

My first funds arrived to my btc-e account on 27th of December and so I do/did not have the right to withdraw coins or fiat for one month. My bank did not request a refund and has not received any money => the withdrawal must have been done by btc-e.

Please fix this problem as soon as possible or at least communicate with me.

I was about to get some btc up there and start selling them. Luckily I've read through all that. Also the sepa withdrawal is a rip off. They want 100€ just for processing. I know its cheap when its 10k+ but I dont think alot of people will sell btc for 10k on a regular basis.

BTC-e, it's now been 2 months since I sent you GBP1500 via SEPA and surprise, surprise you still haven't credited it to my account or even responded to my support tickets.

After all this has come to light I don't know why people still vouch for BTC-e and continue to use them, surely we should all be boycotting them until they pay up? BTC-e is just a dirty stain on Bitcoin's name.

27.12.13 09:00 I receive a notification .

"Your withdrawal #243032460 (1671 USD) successfully processed.”

BUT funds do not appear in my okpay account.

Recently he's not online skype often.  Huh

No he doesn't solve any problem this is a scam he askes privat info and does NOT work for BTC-e.

When you change the email withdrawal will be blocked for two weeks.

In contradiction of what is stated on the site and in the replies.

Money hold. 125 hours left from 2 weeks!!!

Why do I see such error? Hold is used in the following cases:

    Changing/resetting the password, changing of the e-mail. For the purpose of security. Hold up to 3 days. It cannot be removed.


3rd, 4th, 5th time......Huh!!!WHY 14 days when 3 days is stated!!![/b]

You have 24 hours trading system and instant deposit, but when we make withdrawal, it's so difficult to us and we make ticket id, but you're so slow to respon and not yet come our withrawal ..... explain it to your member!
