You are mistaken, or your friend is. You didn't deal with BTCPAK.com in the last month.
You're right. She was on www.btcpack.com and probably got scammed, so the someone trying to impersonate btcpak

Don't. The only two people so far who have attempted to buy from here have received no confirmation of their BTC payment and no MP code. If this is sorted out soon, I will indicate it, but if it isn't sorted out soon tomorrow, the scammer thread starts.

yeah the risks are way too high to spend that much. especially when trading/reselling moneypaks are against their terms of service. I can code html fine but I have no web app experience whatsoever. I bet you can have someone code it for you for much less than $25,000 though. It probably isn't even hard to code.

i saw in another thread he was selling the site to so he could focus on his real job.... so until it has a new owner, Id say its down.
