I think gold and real estate are always have high demand in the world.
For long time, I am sure nothing better than these assets.

Totally agree with you. Buying altcoins, you always invest money and now when the prices are low it is a good time to do it.

I suggest you buy while some of the altcoins out there in the market with good projects and a very reliable team are still underpriced. Once this coins gets crowdfunded enough it would be harder for investors to buy a whole token or coin since the value and the price would rise up just like what happened in the case of bitcoin. just like Oyster Pearl PRL, I invested it last November 2017 while it was too cheap like as low as $0.005 and after 6 weeks, on january 2018 this year, PRL climbed as high as almost $5 before it went down.
although I missed the opportunity of selling it while the price value is higher but I choose to hold because we do believe that it will climb back to the moon in the next few weeks or months.
