maybe i suggest to buy bitcoin or ethereum, and if i have enough money, i wanna buy more. i know its hard to predict the market this time but i am confident enough and i can sleep well.
Investments in altcoins are much more risky than for example in bitcoin. Altcoins are very volatile. But if you choose the right project, which is now thousands, then the bull market will be you will get more profit

It's fully depends on you. But I've bought lot of altcoins for long-term and mid-term investment. Cause I believe that altcoins price will increase again like 2017 and I don't wanna miss it again. I bought Cardano, Etherium, Stellar, Neo, Litecoin, Monero and Neo. 
Invest in altcoins is a good choice, but only for top altcoins. I don't recommend you to invest in new altcoins since it is too risky. So far, altcoins grow very well, it should be promising to increase their values. Some top altcoins can rise significant during the bear market, for example: XRP.

Don't buy the alt for their low price buy the alt for the promising projects. For eg Pundi X and Ripple are the working model and there are lots of other alt which is on the working. So you have to be very choosy about it.
depending on your beliefs, if you believe in crypto why not buy it?
