NEO is an excellent project and it has prospects. But I think that it makes sense to buy NEO only if you are only want to invest for a long period of time. In short term the market is unpredictable.
Right now NEO is undervalued and it is also one of the alternative to Ethereum I believe. Yes NEO has some concerns about the infrastructure scaling like Ethereum, but it also has a good road ahead with solid community of developers.
I invested some of the money in NEO, but it seems to me that the price of this coin will not grow very much. But I hope I'm wrong.
