That is really hard to tell if now is the best time to buy NEO. I looked now in coinmarketcap - price is quite expensive, it looks like NEO was not dumped as other altcoins and it looks for me like it is needed correction. But when we talk about cryptocurrency it's impossivble to predict the future trend - bullish or bearish. Now we have bearish, if nothing will change, the price will go down for 90% chance and you will able to buy cheaper.
I try to buy NEO in small part. As the growth prospect for this platform is high. I bought, when it was $ 40 and for $ 90. Now the market is growing, the price of NEO has also grown. You can wait for the market to drop to buy cheaper.

NEO is awesome. For sure a great cryptocurrency to hold for long-term, there are more and more ICOs on NEO network.

I would not buy NEO! A lot of negative news about developers!
NEO is one of the cryptocurrencies I’m most bullish on in 2018. Although I don’t think it will necessarily demonstrate the best growth by the end of the year, I have no doubt that it has huge potential, and that the current price is still a bargain.
I will buy NEO at current level of 130 level because I see in technically after making new high of 171 level Neo came down to near 100 level and not breaching 90 level in the huge crash in market and pumped up to 130 level mean 40% recovery from the low. And now if Neo breach the 155 level with volume we will new high again.

One of the most scathing critiques of NEO is that it's incredibly centralized. There are only 7 validation nodes which are controlled by either Onchain (company that founded and is developing NEO), the NEO Council, or the City of Zion, three organizations that are very closely tied to each other.
Even at this price of $130, it is still a bargain if you are going to be holding NEO for the long term. There is just so much potential for NEO that it will make $130 look cheap in a few months time.
