In stead of NEO, i prefer ETH or Litecoin.

No i dont think so that its the time to purchase to buy bitcoin again because its getting high again. So go and purchase bitcoin i am not promoting it just telling you about it. If i see about the NEO that will give you a less profit.

Well i do think that it is a great time. Neo will be a promising and an uprising coin when the second quarter of the year starts. Everything would go smooth as it seems but if you will just believe in it, though there might be some ups and downs, the project would still be considered as a very successful one.

I really see potential in NEO. firstly it was some asian unknown to me, but it's shaping well and seems to have large community support, which might be crucial to succeed. Let's see what recent china events will do with project, but I would encourage you to invest in that.
Of course buy NEO today! I bought some for 100 USD during the last DIP. If everything goes good with the market, NEO could reach 200-300 this year with all NP5 tokens of its platform....the next ETH is just launching.
I believe NEO is a good long term investment. Lots of neo based icos will come into the market. This will definitely help to a huge growth of coin. I think this coin will come to the third place (Next to ETH) very soon.

I am a bag holder of NEO,i bought it when it was less than a dollar and i am supporting this coin until now,i will wait for it to reach some new milestone before i cut some of my holdings,probably when it is around $1k i will get some of my millions

Yes, I think now NEO is greatly underestimated and has a good price to buy it now. I think NEO will reach 300 $ by the end of 2018. IMHO
I think NEO is very good especially if you already have Ethereum since NEO is one of the closest competitors of ETH. You will also get free Gas for holding this coins
If you want to buy NEO now (after dumping market) is the best time to do this. I think it will only get more expensive in the future.
