It will make your eyes tired.

Try to drink milk, ans before you sleep try to clear your mind. Try to lessen your stress when your about to sleep try to meditate o remove stress. Because one factor of can't sleep is stress and overthinking.

Try to read a book a little bit before sleep. Also walking everyday like 30 mins before getting into bed helps
