Maybe lay off on the internet before you go to bed, bro. The virtual world is fun, but you really won't fall asleep if you keep using it before you sleep. Maybe try something else, like reading or drinking tea or milk. Some people drink coffee as well before bed. Hope that helps.

Stop using digital devices after dinner, and just spend time talking to someone before you go to bed, after your dinner...

as I mentioned earlier, try valerian, natural herb without any side effects. If your insomnia is very severe than it might not do the trick. Then I would suggest you try Melatonin, it is harder to grt as it is a hormone but it is probably the strongest sleep aid with the least side effects and even can help with anti aging. I only take it once in a while as the constant use might interfere with your bodies own Melatonine production and make it even harder to fall asleep if you should stop suddenly. I also tried several prescription meds over the years but would stay away from them as most come with heavy side effects and also interfere with your REM sleep, so you might fall asleep quickly but your sleep is less beneficial and long term you make everything worse again. Examples would be meds that interact with your GABA production/release, prominent examples are Diazepam (Valium) or Gapapentin.

Sometimes i cant sleep too. Because the side effects of medication. I recommend to you get an advise to a doctor. To able to know the reason in your problem.

workout every day, and it will work like a charm. probably you can't sleep because you are not tired enough. or, read a book before sleep if you don't like reading much.
