I believe the reason behind you being unable to sleep is that there is something definitely going on inside your mind, negative or you must be overthinking about something...Now situations like this often happens where we have to lead life in a stressful situation but controlling ourselves and holding on is the best option. I can give you some tips : Go for long hour walks! It has been scientifically proved that walking at least 30 minutes a day can help us to get rid of many diseases, walking/jogging refreshes our mind and our blood circulations works properly.
Don't sleep until and unless you feel sleepy, or else you will just move around left and right haha! I have experienced this myself and can't get rid of my thoughts. Rather watch a movie, listen to some music, read a book..
Make your bedroom a suitable environment to sleep, use clean bed sheet, let the windows open if you can for proper air passage and use a dim light neither too dark nor too light.!
If you are not prone to gastric then you can have a cup of milk before going off to sleep, it will reduce your stress level and help you have a proper sleep.
And lastly don't overthink! Whatever will happen is bound to happen, we can't stop it from happening!

This past few months i dont know why but its hard for me to get sleep Sad any suggestion or opinion that would help me to got better sleep at night . Huh my regular sleep 4-5am Sad
maybe it's not what you wanted to hear ... how are you feeling? you just sleep for 4-5 hours? I just recently read an article about how to get enough sleep for 5 hours (because I do not have time to do everything, if you leave 7-8 sleep.) Try to look at it from the other side.

Sometimes i cant sleep too. Because the side effects of medication. I recommend to you get an advise to a doctor. To able to know the reason in your problem.

Honestly me in myself, i've been there, i find hard in sleeping i got irritated and feel so crazy when i cant sleep and the time is running out. I remember my mom advice me to not slept on the afternoon? Is it true? Well, im desperate so i tried it. Second, i dont eat alot during dinner but i drink more water i dont eat heavy foods during midnight i keep drinking milk? Haha i used to play a lullaby such like smooth songs and relaxing and i guess it effective? Haha but i still believed that its on our own u just need to find on how u'll going comfortable at night.

It is best to do yoga before bed to calm your mind and will help get better sleep and will make you better day by day. You can drink a glass of warm milk as well before going to bed that will make your sleep better.

Ir You think it is A problem they You should go see doctor but if not I suggest just don’t sleep for whole 24 hours and then try to go sleep in right time for you.

For sure I know why...  Grin Crypto is fucked these days, so of course nobody can sleep from crypto community... I recommend to go for a walk 30 minutes somewhere to the park before going to sleep. It will help.

Todays technology really doesnt help us get to the condition we should be sleeping and relaxing in. Problem of the today and tommorow. Smartphones screens, radiation from the all electrical equipment and light from the streets really has an meaningful influence in our condition. If you can go out of the town for a while and live somewhere on the countryside - I bet you'll sleep in a minutes when layed down in bed and its gonna be the best sleep in a decade 😉

You should turn off your phone 1 - 2 hours before going to sleep. It helps you sleep better.

Set room temperature.

Adjust the level of the room.

Set the sound level.

Set your sleepwear.

Make your Sleep more comfortable.

Work up to 3 hours sleep maximum sleep.

Avoid alcohol or caffeine in bed.

Drink cherry juice.

Bend your toes.

Drink herbal tea.

Lighter and healthier dinner.

Sometime before I was facing the same kind of problem someone recommends me to use sleeping pills but I know that if I use it once I will get addicted and will have to use it daily so I prefer not to take it. One of my friends gave me the advice to have a yoga before sleeping as it relaxes your mind and will help you get the better sleep. So from that time I use to have a yoga before sleeping and my sleep got better day by day. You can drink one glass of warm milk also before sleeping it will make your sleep more better.
