You have to make a conscious effort and decision that you really do want to go to bed at a decent time and then just do it! None of the other methods will work unless you make the choice.

try to go to a doctor for a check up, sometimes they will prescribe you a sleeping pills but that was small dosage for you to take sleep.

This past few months i dont know why but its hard for me to get sleep Sad any suggestion or opinion that would help me to got better sleep at night . Huh my regular sleep 4-5am Sad
Are you by any chance a student? Because it happens in students, it is just before the session.

When I was stressed I also can't sleep. The currently , I work too much so I sleep very well. What make you can't sleep?

Is quiet unfortunate you are experiencing this, My best advice is to seek for medical attention from experts. Properly, things might not seem right in the body system which is causing this. So they being experts will be able to help you out. Aside this take cool bath before you sleep, I think that could also help.

Maybe you insomnia try to consult a doctor do not take sleeping pills without a doctor's advice

Maybe you can try to divert your attention to something that makes you busy before you sleep.
I think making yourself a bit busy and stress a bit can make you sleepy.
Or, better yet visit your doctor and seek his advice.

A lot of things can cause sleeplessness: the workload, state of the mind, slickness and so on. We must try to find what is the actual cause of the sleeplessness. If it is not the one external cause please consult your doctor

Try some work out, fresh air, read some books before sleeping. Wake up early in the morning, make sure to do some physical activity and walk before sleeping. That helps me a lot!  Wink

maybe you are insomnia, insomnia is a sleep disorder, how to cure it ie
1. keep the diet
2. do not sleep during the day so feel sleepy at night
maybe this is hard but i also insomnia and i am normal now

Take a long walk and try not to stress yourself I believe you would feel more relaxed for you to be able to sleep later

You need to control your stress. Too much stress or too less stress will make you hard to sleep.
