just checked general experience regarding cex.io withdrawal, coz just wanna deposit with 0% fee by plastic card (they launched promo campaign)... so what's the experience in 2020?

I'm still experiencing long delays of bank withdrawal and it's frustrating. I withdrew 10K USD on Dec 22 and the system confirmed it, but I still haven't received my money yet after two weeks. I asked them to provide the SWIFT reference number several times so I can trace the transfer but got no response on that.

I have another problem. I haven't been credited an LTC Deposit for 14 days. The payment is in the blockchain, but it was not credited to the balance.

It took the support service 6 days just to respond to my request. 7 days ago, my request was sent to the technical Department and we don't know how long to wait for a solution. It's not my fault, I entered everything correctly.

they just added some new features like staking, margin trading and listed more coins/tokens. I use them almost regularly on weekly basis, and basically, everything works fine. they may have a problem at the moment with certain functionalities, but as far as I have noticed it is all solved as soon as possible
also, their support does a great job.

They have a representative here who seems to be active and could get you an answer real quick. Try sending a private Message to this profile - CEX. The operation of the platform looks to be operating smoothly at the moment as witnessed by no latest complaints and negative reviews from customers

as for now, pltatform works okey, i withdraw instantly on credit card, so seems they fixed all technical issues

You have issues with payment provider and withdrawal limit are much lower. Hope this issue is temporary and it will be fixed soon. Many users are experiencing same issue, simply not possible to withdraw as in Jan and Feb.

Hello CEX,

can you please but please state your current withdrawal limits? I have used MasterCard till beginning of March, then error appear "Payment Amount Exceeded". Then I have replaced with a new Master Card and I could do withdrawal again. But Your system allowed me just to withdraw 8.000$ and again same error "Payment Amount Exceeded".

Please state your limits, in your recent announcement it's 50.000euro per month or 2.000euro per day.

Please do not ignore this

17.12.2017. I got 0.499 (0.2 +0.299) BTC on my account and for 2 months these BTC are marked as UNFORGETTED TRANSACTIONS on my account. On the  Blockchain.info. all transactions were confirmed on the  December 17, 2017.

For 2 months I am writing in support of a letter asking me to explain- "Where is my money?" And for 2 months no one answered me.

Give me back my BTC !!!

First time trying to withdraw by wire transfer - 10 days passed and payment status is still verification.
When are you going to send it (withdrawal id #5656923266) ?

If you are not able to send my payment - cancel it and return to balance, I will withdraw another way.

Very unhappy with this situation.
