I Have did few bank transfer withdraw , one is 12 sept and 19 sept. And yet until today I still didn't receive any single sen. The CEX stop reply my email for 1 weeks. and yet for these 2  months and almost 3 months they can't even provide a good reason or bank transfer order to proof to me.

can you please leave us ID or ticket number? Thank you in advance

I must warn you that this market place seems to be somekind of scam.

I withdrawed on 2017-10-21 10:32 over 22 000 USD but still today transactions seems to be pending state.

I have not got reply from support either.

My user id in cex.io is up109694801

Hello, we have sent the inquiry to the Financial department. Sorry for the inconvenience, we are currently investigating what the problem is

Could you please help me on fiat withdrawal issue. I got a pending on withdrawal of payment card VISA. It just happen today I never face this problem before it was very smooth confirm.

Also before you answer and help I have something to clarify first.

1. This is VISA Automatically transfer so I think it is real time and immediately no need to wait 3 business days as you said and I have been withdrawal for about more than 10+ times from your website and got an instant
money to my bank so I think it is not from my bank issue and the VISA system is still online, also my banking system in my country is online too.

2. I have to tell you that there is a mistake on 2fa code during withdrawal I put a wrong one first and the page stuck then I put I a correct 2fa doubled again and it process with error of somthing like ETP from your website.
So, I'm worry that this case is not about banking it might be about stuck in your system pending forever, could you please kindly check this first?

You can cancel the withdrawal process for me and I will do it again this time properly.

Currently I have 20 us dollar in my balance.
Do you want me to try testing on withdrawal properly again to prove for you that I can withdraw money instantly with the same VISA Card to my bank account?
So, if this time 20 us dollar can withdraw instantly to my bank account with no problem or wait for clearing then you can answer your financial department that this is not from customer bank side but fromcex.io financial system side.

I try withdrawal another 20 us dollar properly this time input 2fa slowly and yes it go instantly withdraw to my bank account with no problem.
So, this is a prove that it is not my bank clearing fault or my visa payment card problem, it is what I thought that the CEX.IO financial system might be stuck.

Still pending with no idea, answer, feedback, reason, in all channel that I can reach them, not a single word from them, now feel very curious that they are not care me or support me anymore such as:

5. Cex.io Support Email/Thicket

Thanks CexIO for being present on the chats: a kind of feedback is always very welcomed.

I really want to believe that you are constantly working on increasing your support and compliance team and that you are putting all efforts to make all the payments prompt and fast.

However, I will wait for some official communication from you to the users (not only on the forums, but also to our account emails), to report when the payment situation will be normal again. Talking about SEPA, normal times mean 1-2 days transit time.

Until that moment, I'm sorry I have to press the pause button on CexIO.

I've been waiting for my wire withdrawal as well since Sep 20, 2017. This is quite unacceptable how long it's taking. They will not provide confirmation of wire transfer and have not responded to my support ticket recently. If anyone is from CEX.IO support, my ticket is 354551 and I'm missing my withdrawal of $9980.22. It's way too long for a wire transfer.

So I finally got my money but they took off $82.22 instead of the $50 stated in their commissions. Why is CEX taking more than what they stated? Huh

I received my money as well. The bank name reads "CRYPTO SPOLKA Z OGRANICZONA ODPOWIEDZIAL" and it is the same as the one which provided all the delayed withdrawals. The previous bank was called "Global Trade Solutions".
All the transfers received from the bank "CRYPTO SPOLKA Z OGRANICZONA ODPOWIEDZIAL" have been rounded down (no decimals), for no known reason. They should explain us why and refund us. It is not much, but this should not happen.
Good is that all the money (less decimals, of course) arrived to my bank account. Credit to CEXio for their honesty (but don't forget the cents...). Anyway, having to wait and agonize almost one month (banking days) for a SEPA is not viable, so I will stop until CEXio will explain what the hell is going on and communicate when they expect the situation is going to normalize.
Thanks to the forum people for sharing their experiences as well.


Also thank you for sharing, I hope we are able for some pressure on Cex to fix these problems and not use CryptoCapital for wire/sepa.

So please, don't disappear people, once you finally get your funds.

I have told Finance at the end of my ticket, I DO want to continue to trade with cex but they need to switch from CryptoCapital.
But for now I stop using them until they can provide a different service for fiat withdrawals as GTS used to provide.

@CEX, please refund the missing 0.47 EUR lost with my last SEPA withdrawal.
I ask for 8566.47 EUR and get 8556.00 EUR. (#345395)
@CEX, please publicly announce when you stop using CryptoCapital for bank transfer and SEPA withdrawals from cex.io withdrawal form.

I see a lot of people feels the same with me.

I'm still waiting my withdrawal request 7646.56 USD and 9950 USD since long time ago to receive in my bank account! and they took a long time (like two weeks) to just confirm the transaction. so crazy
That's a lot of money!
Something that still doesn't make sense with my mind is my second withdrawal arrive earlier in my bank account than my first withdrawal.
