Ok, i got 0.19 Bitcoin 8Gh/s gold-contract Thats $38.91 Bitstamp/$40 MT Gox. (28Euro or UK£24.62)
In this rate we never gonna get to UK£ 358,24 that i invested.
Cloudhashing promise way above that! I noticed that CH take that from there contract page.

Well at least we know emmanuel still is reading us, so what's up with the refunds? can tell us if we are going to get any answer from customer support? would be nice from CH answer to the emails faster... you know... some people call it customer support. that only proves you are 3 guys that cannot handle the work...

Do feel like answering some of the previous questions and concerns?

If you type an incorrect password too many times, the system naturally kick you out. Try using the password recovery tool maybe.

are you kidding? so now you can't log to cloudhashing.com or the pool?? what error do you get, wrong user or password or what? check if you got the refund

I would think that's good (not being Mexican, although I have nothing against that:)) but because CH. Cut you off.. Google have no choice but to refund you.

No pool, no CH dashboard.
This after i requested  for a full refund true googlewallet.
Got a email that they not refund after 7 days, then i fount out they locked me out.

My maths was off, I took away 30% for RRP but they aren't charging that yet.. So it would seem I'm still 30% down on what I should be getting. Or am I adding things up wrong?
Also, should (now) 62 Th/s be getting more than one block every 18 hours?

There is a 10% fee, or were you already calculating that?

My CH balance is updated every 8 hours, it's scoring ~90% of theoretical performance.

My very rough calculation is...

they are averaging 50,000GHs at the moment , so my percent (8GHz) is 0.016%
so 0.016% of 25btc is 0.004 minus 40% (30% RRP and 10% Management fees) = 0.0024 and I got 0.0019

So it's about right at the moment, today is the first day though, and you would expect from the power they said they had to be getting more than 1.5 blocks a day.

How much do you got and with how much hashpower? I'm getting something like this:

As Merchantminer said before. Other option is register them as a fraud on the uk police and they will knock their door for us.

this is what I talked today with them. So my next step this weekend if I don't get any answer is: google wallet, fraud police and small claim court.

There are things wrong here, but stop spreading false information otherwise it will be impossible to distinguish legitimate concerns from bullshit.
