Right now i heard the sad news on my tv that Shane Warne dies because of the heart attack in thailand. This is shocking news.
He was a legend leg spinner we have ever seen.
This news is also confirmed by cricinfo. We have lost a legend today.  Sad

Every soul has to face the death and we bow to the will of creator. Very sad news indeed, I heard it and prayed for him - God bless the departed soul and give patience to those left behind. Shane Warne was my favorite. He was a great leg spinner he had a great bowling style. He was a legend and he will alway be remembered with great words in coming day.
Legendary Australian cricketer died at the age of 52, Shane Warne was one of the finest cricketers in the history. I was his huge fan since my childhood. His style was amazing and his throw was perfect. My dad and I , while supporting our team we were very sacred when Shane Warne was bowling. May the departed soul rest in peace, a great loss in deed. Rest in peace Shane Warne you left us mourning.

No doubt he is king of spin and we haven't seen such a spin bowler till date. Its sad to see such guy departing in so early age. As a player he is no doubt a great bowler but as a human his life is filled with hated and controversies. Who can forget his behaviour with Marlon Samuels during big bash. https://www.espncricinfo.com/story/warne-banned-for-one-bbl-match-599977

Yes its high time for Pakistan to prove there worth. PCB chairman said when NZ canceled there tour to Pakistn "Once you become a world-class team, people will start lining up to play. Everyone will want to play against you. So I want us to learn from this, move forward and keep strong. There is no need to be disappointed,"

Seeing the performance of both teams I don't think there will be a whitewash rather both teams priority will be to win the series. That's why its expected that good cricket will be seen.

The thing is Pakistan has been performing well and I think that is only going to improve in their home condition. But the recent injuries will play their part for sure. Pakistan will surely go for the win but if things get tight, they will surely aim for a draw. On the other hand, Australia should be really confident with the current situation of the Pakistan squad and also the pitch in Rawalpindi.

I think that's the right way to go in Rawalpindi for Pakistan. As far as I know, the pitch is going to be pace friendly. But I think Australia is going to have a slight advantage because they don't have any injury problems like Pakistan do. But I think it's certainly not going to be a whitewash. But I certainly see Australia dominating. Though it's quite hard to predict anything about Australia because they haven't played much in Pakistan in recent times at all and there is not enough data to back any prediction up.
Tomorrow we have 12th test match which is going to play in Rawalpindi and from last 11 test matches Pakistan won 5 and draw 3 with just three teams able to Pakistan here Australia, Sri Lanka and India.
Fast bowlers are had very good record here so with this now I am feeling losing two main bowlers can hurt Pakistan very badly even they still have some good bowlers but Hassan Ali and Haris Rauf both were in good touch with their form and here Australia having very good advantage in presence of many options those can destroy any batting line-up without any big problem as we already watch in The Ashes but still we are going to have very exciting cricket between these two quality teams after very long time in Pakistan.

Pakistan chose to bat first in the first test. So I think we will have to wait to see if they will face some difficulties in the bowling department because of the injuries. They are batting quite well till now.

Pakistan are coming without there main bowlers and this thing must be in mind of Australian team. Australia are playing in Pakistan after 24 years so you are right we can't predict how Australia will perform here. Even Pakistan has not played much test at there home ground in last 12 years so they also are unpredictable here.

I certainly think that Australia is just going to play out the first session of the day and then capitalize on the disadvantage of the Pakistani bowling attack. Pakistan is batting first so I think ok we will be able to see what Australia has planned for them later.

Both the teams are unpredictable. Pakistan has been an unpredictable team ever since they started playing test cricket. Australia on the other hand become one in the recent times. Pace bowling department is especially strong for these two teams, and it is the middle order batting where they are weak. For Australia, Steve Smith is not in very good form now and Pakistan depends a lot on Babar Azam. As you mentioned, Australia is touring Pakistan after so many years and it will be a prestige battle for both the teams.

Well first test is finally underway and so far things are going good for Pakistan at the end of first session. Of course we cant predict match outcome after first session. Pakistan is totally an unpredictable team, they have never won a match in WC and everyone was saying they will loss to India in T20 WC 2021  but they won by 10 wickets. In same WC semi final, they lost the match to Australia after dominating the hole game.

I want Pakistan to whitewash Australia but it should be hard fought victory. Heard that 1st test might get washed out due to rain -last 2 days-.
Pindi's pitch do favor Australian style of gameplay so draw result seems good from Pakistan's perspective.
Having said that it would be fun to watch if Pak treat Aussie the same way, Aussie treated the Poms.

It's going to be hard for Pakistan to win against Australia in my opinion because of the injuries to their fast bowlers. I think it's going to be hard, especially at Rawalpindi. I like the fact that both teams are honoring their legendary leg spinners. Everything seems to be going according to plan and I really e like what I am hearing about this series till now.

For both team this is going to be tough one. Australia is strong unit but we shouldn't forget that this is their first tour of Pakistan after very long time. Props to them if they successfully cross the finishing line but Pakistan playing at home so they do have slight advantage. Don't know much about other guy but Abdul Qadir is fine choice.

They are currently rank no 1 test team so it obvious that they won't say, yeah we might lose the series or we have virtually no chance of winning. Every player or coaching staff from any country would say the same thing (including things like yeah "it would be tough tour") if reporter asking them such ques during interviews or any press conference.

Actually, I sometimes think that the reporters ask quite dumb questions. because obviously, players are going to say that they are really confident and have the capability of winning every match in the series. And probably say something to intermediate the opponent also. I am actually looking forward to seeing some sledding in the matches from both teams.
Every media house wants sensational news for more clicks and no one can do anything about it cause stupidity is new norm.

I would say Australia defiantly have more chances of winning the series but not whitewashing like they did with England in there home ground. Pakistan key set back in non availability of Faheem Ashraf and Hasan Ali, this may have impact on test series result. For first test Pakistan is planning for 5 men attack, 3 fast and 2 spinners. Shaheen Shah Afridi, Naseem and Wasim Jr as fast bowlers while Nauman Ali and Sajid Khan as the spinners.

The Pakistan team has improved drastically in recent times and a lot of people have high hopes for them. Now they need to prove themselves in their home ground as this is quite a historical series. This will also decide the future of Pakistan cricket. They have to do a lot of things correctly along with playing well.

Actually, I don't think it's going to be a whitewash. Both the teams are going to give each other a really good fight and because of the injury problems in the Pakistan squad, it's going to be a little difficult for them.

Australia also looking for whitewash, Nathan Lyon: 'My mindset is to win 3-0 in Pakistan'

Pakistan had previously whitewashed Australia but in UAE back in 2014, 2-0 and since Australia haven't played in Pakistan for 2 decades so its very hard to say who is being whitewashed here. Right now Pakistan Cricket Board focus is only is successful conduction of this tour, team performance is secondary thing.

Australia is complete package right now for this tour, and they can win this series, but it's not easy for any team because Pakistan is also had some very good and talented players those perform good in last few matches even it's not easy for them to face Australian pace attack but still it's going to be very interesting series for both teams as Aussies are here after very long time and have no idea about conditions and pitches, but they are currently best team in test cricket with few extraordinary players.

First test is going to be had two days with full of rain and most chances it's going to end in draw, but last two test are very vital and most chances both going to have results which will create good energy and entertaining cricket.
