I say a big yes to these as crypto is developing everyday and increasing in coast. It is even gaining more trust from people because it has been very reliable and easy to access. The more people exchange with a coin nd they see it is easy, many will have no choice than to accept this as a mode of payment.
of course if it happens, crypto has been easily accepted by the world community and its value is relatively stable. however, if you look at the fluctification of the value of crypto certainly will not be easy even though it has many discourses such as articles you share.
Some cities in North America and Europe have already been able to use bitcoin or BCH to pay in stores, and I don't think most stores will accept encrypted money in 2025.
I wish those who don't hear of good news and it's only bad news they hear about bitcoin get this. I know very well more things are planned towards the use of bitcoins but the fuds won't allow people to concentrate on them. i am a hodler!!!
Probably may happen but right now there are lots of speculation over crypto which is not a good thing. Sooner all the government will realize why these things are so necessary for the modern world.
I would be wary of research like this. A lot of people still do not really understand cryptocurrency and think that coins like Tether or even tokens like Bitconnect are correctly terms as cryptocurrency (yes, technically they exist on blockchain I know). But if the scenario is to come true, it would be only for Bitcoin, and perhaps for alts like ETH and LTC. And people would not make blockchain transactions to buses or shops. They would be using their crypto debit cards. So. Not true adoption to me !!!! 
Would be great to see a lot of shop in 2025 that accept currencies like Ethereum, Bitcoin, Litecoin and more legit stuff. I think it will be like that once the people have realized how great crypto is!
More and more ICOs propose to invest money in projects that promise to release cards and change all the bank system in order to develop cryptobank.

There are already some stores accept crypto . Future it will expand the scale of the stores accepting crypto this is very convenient. Imagine you can travel anywhere without much cash you can still buy things, just have the internet.
it may happen even earlier i guess. some shops have managed the crypto payment already, despite the volatility and etc. yep, volatility... we need just stable coin
With payments using bitcoin makes it easy for us to process transactions especially when going shopping to stores. And we do not need to exchange the bitcoin into the fiat first so it can be used as a payment method. And amazingly, I hope this will continue not only in that year alone
I would have even said earlier than that, but its still spreading, by then their will still be places it will just be touching. But here in my country its possible it take such a long time.
That is going to be a great thing to happen in the crypto world. Although 2025 is not too far from now. That means the future everyone is expectancy is here and this will bring about a great ease to financial transactions.
Micro payments platform are being developed already and there are also coins intended for the trade on shopping malls. If all these will happen, the tokens we hold today would tremendously be of high value. If you own STK which right now just cost $0.11, it might be more than $5 each by 2025. That will be the effect of cryptocurrency being adopted everywhere.
Everything may happen to the future especially related to this crypto. We will also hope so that cryptocurrency will be accepted for the shops in 2025. It will give a good effect for the crypto. By accepted in shops, of course, it means that many more people may use the crypto for certain transaction. It means the many more people will be involved and it will be more useful and beneficial. Therefore, we should support this if any cryptocurrencies accepted for shops.

yes, I agree, but I hope it will happen will happen much earlier - in 2020 or 2021. I see, the future technology must be accepted.
It already happened. In the Philippines, there is a convenience store that accepts crypto as payment. The future has come my friend.
Thanks for an article, quite an interesting one. The most important part I have taken from it, if the crypto won`t be safer and won`t get enough protection from hackers it won`t be used even in 2030 or whatever. The sooner people come up with a great protection system the sooner we`ll use crypto in our everyday life.
Hopefully in the year 2025 it really happened so as to provide convenience to transact especially in stores. Hope the sooner the better.

This is a completely realistic thing. For example, from 02.03 this year in Australia, you can buy BTC and Ethereum at the newspaper stores. They say there are 1,200 such stores in the country.

Some of them have already started accepting bitcoin, in future other established altcoins will also be accepted such as Ethereum, Litecoin, and Neo.
Crypto currency be accepted in the future (2025)? That's everyone hope's, as of today, some are now accepting Crypto currency and some following little by little as it address issues on Regulation on the said project. Crypto currency investor will be happy if this will be accepted globally. No FIAT transaction.
