Sent more than one email asking to change from safe-mail to gmail, nut no response.............

Hi guys,

i need one info.
How many users are not able to login after the change from PIN security to Email Code Security?

20 of april i've tried to login my account and see a message about the change from pin security to email code security by cryptopia decision ( and i can agree on that ).

But, the email code is not deliverd, so i've tried multiple time but wrong login message, support ticket, now the news of new support plaform, are delivered, but the email
code is not delivered.

I've tried also the "forgot password" but nothing, no email received.

I've sent multiple email to support@cryptopia, reset@cryptopia, but nothing.

I've sent direct message to Lafu suggested me to change the email provider, so writed to support for email change, but nothing, no response from support.

Is from 20 of April i'm not able to login my account and i'm unable to receive any type of support response.

Now Lafu stop also respond on direct message ( but for sure it's only a case ) and support don't respond.

The situation start to degrade at the end of february start of march, when deposit start to be delayed for a long time

( i'm waiting XMG from end of febrary! )

How many users are in the same situation?

Is possibile that someone at certain point decide to change the security of my account and don't give support on that?

I've seen some similar situation when i've losed all  my coin on coinex.pw and cryptsy.com, i hope now is different and it's only

a case, but receive support from support it's only my problem or someone other have the same issue?

Regards

That´s about the only problem I haven´t had recently with Cryptopia. I get the emails you´re talking about every time.

Good to know a new ticket portal.

But if u have a problem like mine (unable to login because i don't receive the email verification code ) how i can login to support portal?

It redirect to cryptopia for login and obviously i can't login because i've no code, so it's loop.

i hope on different way to login or a response from support...

Regards

Those of you who are receiving emails from Cryptopia already know, but for everyone else, Cryptopia has announced new support centre available on this link https://support.cryptopia.co.nz/csm . They promise that users will get first response in less than 72 hours. Only time will tell if they will manage this but if they do, this is a huge advantage over other exchanges where waiting time can be weeks.

They´ve already had this policy for a while, but it only means that someone will come back and tell you it´s been forwarded to the right team. I had that happening, and after a few weeks there´s still no answer.

29 seconds for order execution, another day with losses. Could Cryptopia please prioritize this big issue for many of your clients? Incredibly frustrating! Sad

Our datacentre experienced a network outage this morning (NZ time)
which resulted in us having an extended unscheduled site outage.
The datacentre and Cryptopia are back online now.
We apologise for any inconvenience.

Please note that we have scheduled an outage
today at 2PM NZT to deploy our new support centre.
We expect this maintenance to last for up to an hour.

I know that there are more expensive exchanges but lets be fair Cryptopia is not Binance.
I also think Cryptopia has to many coins on it and it should clean house more often like Bittrex does.

But how can they clean if some cryptos paid that fee of 15 BTC?
Would be it fair to remove them if they paid let's say "entrance fee"?
In this case I think they will remain, unless some technical problems occur

Yes I agree but I think it only recently became this expensive.
If a coin payed 15BTC they should be listed for at least a year or more for sure.
But there are really a lot of coins with less then 0.00 dayly volume that are probably dead for a long time allready they are just eating up space and rescouces.
Anyway 15 BTC is IMO Way to much it should be 2 btc max to stay accessible to new coins .. and +-19.000 usd is still a lot of money to get listed.
@2 btc u can delist them after 6 months and then a few months of low volume.

guess who's back
please check your CLAM wallet , deposited some clams two days ago and it's still not showing in my balance
contacted support and still have no answer from them , wallet status still not showing maintenance so people can still deposit and I guess they won't find Clams in their balance
please fix it ASAP

still now words from support about my CLAM deposit , the CLAM wallet in Balances still not showing any maintenance message
so basically you are more than welcome to deposit CLAM , but you won't be able to trade it or even seeing it in your balance

Cryptopia has became so ridiculous lately

Any news on a fix to the slow order execution?

Yesterday I noticed an order waiting for 10 secs to get processed. I´m accesing cryptopia via the API, and determined the time by looking in my log files at when the instruction was sent to you, and then when the websocket reported the order to go through. The actual API order confirmation took even longer: 11 secs for the response to the order placement, and about the same time till the order was showing as filled according to the api.

And just so we don´t have any misunderstandings here: This is not because I placed the orderprice lower than the current one; the order was filled at entries already in the orderbook before I submitted the order.
Apart from that, my pingtime to cryptopia is never exceeding 100 ms, and my internet connection speed is above 100 mbps.

There must be some kind of mistake it sais u need 5.000.000 dot to get listed at current market prices that's close to 15 btc ?
Is that right ?
135.000 Usd to get listed that cant be right.
Ive allways been a supporter of cryptopia I was mining Dot or whatever its was  called before the exchange even existed but i think 135.000 usd is outragious and you are hurting yourself and your client base.
One of the reasons i use cryptopia is because new coins get on there early before the price blows up  If u start asking prices like that those coins wont beable to afford to get listed anymore as a result of that your volume and userbase will decline.
I know at least 2 coins that I think have great potential that have passed on Cryptopia because its to expensive.

From where did you get this data? And if I am not mistaken, do you mean that to get listed on cryptopia the owners need to pay approx 15BTC? WTF?

15BTC for getting listed on a shit site, so shouldn't the owners have the right to atleast tell the exchange to fucking repair the waller for their coin if there is some issue.

Yes I am talking of about byteballs here. Thousands of dollars of byeballs are being held right now on hold by cryptopia, this is most probably a scam if not a technical issue because they aren't replying on this matter.

It sais that here , https://www.cryptopia.co.nz/Paytopia  .
and I was talking with several devs asking why they didn't list on cryptopia and they said 15+ btc was the price and that they didn't want to spend that much on cryptopia wich I totally understand that's why I posted here cuz there must be some mistake. I like cryptopia but the type of coins I come there for wont be on there anymore in the future with this price.
Also a coin thats listed that did a hardfork to a new name & chain (and abandoned the old chain) didn't get relisted after so they would have to pay again @ 16 btc that's pretty steep imo.

I wonder why did bytebal would have paid such an amount to cryptopia for listing it. I don't have a reason to understand or believe why would anyone pay an incompetent site like cryptopia to list its coins. Something should be done about pending deposits at cryptopia as they are holding thousands of dollars worth of Cryptos of people ultimately affecting the price of coin.

What charge does bittrex or poloniex have?

I agree with you that listing should be cheaper! I think it should be much more cheap than it is now.
But what I've heard on other exchanges prices are even higher.. so may be this price is competitive?
By the way if somebody signs up on Cryptopia with my link and does a lot of trading - I will get Dot as bonus?
I think yes and I have some referrals, but I have 0 Dot
