They do not have time for crap like users with withdrawals problems. As you can see, they earn bitcoins on new currencies added to the exchange (MAG, ZNY, INPAY). My withdrawal has been waiting currently ("Processing") for two months and nothing. Avoid this exchange.

You should have contacted them only once. Flooding them with tickets won't be of any help tbh.
9/20 confirmations, I think you should wait more and see if there's a progress or stuck with that. If there is, then all you need to do is to be patient.

They've had this exact problem not a long time ago (mentioned on the last few pages), then they fixed it, and now it's back, apparently.
