but unfortunately now more and more projects are not quality even scam projects
I agree if we need altcoin enough but we also need to draft regulations so that the new altcoin really has quality
Sure we need altcoins, because BTC is not effective at all. If crypto currencies are aiming to be the future of payment industry, you cannot start anything with our "king" with 7 transactions per second. It is just silly.

Altcoins at the moment are the product that attracts investors. So I don't see how you can ask that question. Can be doubt about Bitcoin but not about altcoins.
