In my opinion ratings of different sites or experts can be helpful but i always rely on my own research and analysis before investing.

I do not believe the ICO ratings because any rating can be bought. Maybe not all rating sites are engaged in this, but I myself saw announcements about pumping the rating for a certain amount of money.

Of course but they are useful nonetheless. You don't need to believe in those ratings but at least you can find some of the information provided interesting.

I would be ungrateful if I say I don't, because ratings have guided me to investing in many great projects, one I will never forget is EON protocol, nevertheless it shouldn't be a deciders for you, rather it should be a guidance. Rating are great but try not to rely on them 100%, do your research, read their Whitepaper and see if its actually a project you actually believe in.

I believe in ICO rating, but you always need to think for yourself. Because all these ICO rating websites can sell ratings and votes there to get a good distribution. Always think of where you invest and ready to relax everything, because it is a very young market.

in most cases i think those ICO's rating site or blog are always confusing and misleading to the investors

those ratings are sometimes been payed for by the team members of the project and you did know what that means. its just like buying vote for a particular election, definitely nothing good is going to come out of such project.
as for me i dont go by or invest in some ICO's who has a high rating or some media rating.

At first I followed the ratings, but now I study the project on my own. Many assessments for ICO are dishonest and if you follow these opinions you can lose your money.

I see many Websites that provide ratings for ongoing ICOs or for the future. Examples such as the ICObench.com Website, ICOrating.com and others.

Which is my question whether you believe in the rating provided by the website. Seeing many ICO's do not match what they value. Many ICOs are arguably good ratings but when the token sales of the project only reach softcap. And there are projects that I see have a fairly mediocre rating but their token sales reach hardcap. I took the example of Lalaworld on ICObench.com they get Rating 3.7 but their token is sold out.

So let's discuss ICO Rating!

NAH! Some scam ICO'S were listed on those ICO rating website, so I don't trust those things cause they can be easily be paid to make fake reviews of a project. Do your own research Smiley depending on such is like depending your money to those unreliable statistics from them.
it's hard to find out about ico scam, maybe anyone can give me some information about ico scam, thank you

The rating of the project is only one point from the huge list of points on which I choose the ICO project. Personally I don’t trust ratings.

I dont believe in ICO ratings since some of them are just being paid to gain good reviews and now to have more funds during ICO and will run the money after that. ICO Ratings are just a factor to know if the Project is legit. Ico bench is a trash rating sites because sometimes it promotes scams

at the moment I am looking for a good ICO also by looking at the rating because if it has a good rating then it means many people who believe with the ICO project so I will also choose to join
Well i really believe in ICO ratings because before i invested my money in ICO i really make sure that it has a high ICO rating, and off course when the project had a lot of ICO rating i can really make sure that the ico have a good chance to became successful.

I don't really believe in ICO rating, I just believe my heart, though not exactly 100 percent, because ICO which has a good rating and handled by a trusted Bounty manager is not necessarily a success ICO,
in fact, some successful ICO is not in the ICO rating and handled by a trusted bounty manager  Cheesy

Personally, I believe in some reliable ICO ratings, which have already proven themselves in practice. But in any case, it is also necessary to consider the opinions of experts and their research.

I also believed in some and i have also experienced of an ICO rating website that is so lazy to update the the ICOs status. I've been into ICO that has a token value at 1$ only to find out that ICO price was already below that price. I think price don't have something to do with the rating of an ICO but their information is really misleading to the public.

As far as I know, all these sites for a certain price will set the necessary rating for the project so you can watch these estimates but do not take them as a top priority for investment

There are other factors that are more important is whether the ICO has a team and a good background, if necessary have a product will be great. But if we look at ICO with a low rating, then often we have a doubt whether the project can be successful later.

I think ratings on every ICO is another basis to choose a good ICO to invest in because it means that the ICO has a chance to be successful. But you don't need to trust the ratings on the website too much. Sometimes  other ICO failed when it was already in the market.

Ratings are good as they help give investors an idea of the project they may want to invest in. But my issue is how truthful these external rating sites are. I mean, a few dollars can sway the sentiments of these centralized rating websites
I do not believe in ICOs because it is entirely subjective opinion of an individual or group of ICO projects, maybe it's the intent of the whales that want to control the ICO. attention of the market. So I think you should have your own judgment when investing and be responsible for that.
