I see many Websites that provide ratings for ongoing ICOs or for the future. Examples such as the ICObench.com Website, ICOrating.com and others.

Which is my question whether you believe in the rating provided by the website. Seeing many ICO's do not match what they value. Many ICOs are arguably good ratings but when the token sales of the project only reach softcap. And there are projects that I see have a fairly mediocre rating but their token sales reach hardcap. I took the example of Lalaworld on ICObench.com they get Rating 3.7 but their token is sold out.

So let's discuss ICO Rating!
ICO rating is a relative value. I wouldn't trust them.

Well, it can be optimistic on what its ICO really demands for the investors and participants making there rating are above expectation to other but there should re-analyzing the ico before you do it start participanting if its true base on your observation and result then its good.

They are quite helpful, and I appreciate it. Maybe I'm one of those who believe, at least with the basic information they provide. I think the ico rankings only help to illustrate a project, not a guarantee of success or failure.

I think this is important. Although the ico rating website can only be used as one of our references, if it doesn't even have this, will you choose it?
If we want to know more about this project, we still need you to do more research. Then judge for yourself.

No. i didnt, because some ico was scammed and his ico rating was good, around 4.5 star, so i think ico rating is not guarantee for saying good ico.

To be honest, yes I only look for ICO ratings especially when I getting a bounty campaign, I didn't read whitepaper or review the website or anything but if you want to participate in an ICO, you must read the whitepaper, review the website, inspect the team and rate the project on your own. Smiley

I think rating is also major information to know a project. I believe in ico rating. Many people search about project and then they rate on it. So in my opinion ico rating is a great factor.

those that do these online ratings are individuals like anyone of us, so why solely rely on this sites, i will advise everyone to do an individual research on the ICO of interest, get your facts, ask questions before making choices. I do not solely believe in ICO ratings because i do my reach on the choice of bounty to partake in.

I believe but I always do a re-analysis of the rating given to the ICO project. because if I only trust the website completely I do not trust it completely. so I always do another selection of ico projects that have a good rating on the website

I don't believe completely! I'm looking at the ratings.. then further analyze himself.. if you match my conclusion with the rating I will take part in this passage!

Frankly speaking I don’t believe in ratings. There are many other ways how to choose ICO for investments and for baunty.

Yes, I believe in ICO ratings I think this is the best recourse ICO now. In general, ICO ratings are just one part of the browser. I believe in ICO and the fact that you can make a lot of money. But if you want to get invested or work in ICO, you should filter information about them, because this is a fairly easy task, which takes a long time. And the ICO bench because they make comments on what should be an investment risk and what is possible projects affect people so you can choose easily.

I think a website like ICObench, ICOrating only as one of the reference factors when we will invest on a project. But we also should not be too trust in these websites. The best result is when we do our own research on the project that we will invest.
So  the ico rating website is just one of our references when we going to do deeper research on a project.

I do not believe in rating agencies. This may be my distrust of ICO. I think there is a problem with the fairness of rating agencies. Because they are profitable. So I do not choose ICO.

I think ICO's rating can only be used for reference. After all, the ICO risk itself is huge. So still rely on their own analysis. If you say that rating agencies have insider. Then you will become a pig.

Some websites are good (like crushcrypto) of course not infallible.... Others are more "random" like icobench...

Anyway they are good ways to gather information about ICOs

many people check ico rating to be a benchmark of their investment in ico, and to choose which ico is good for investment. but for me, I do not really believe in ico rating because sometimes it does not match facts.

I used to pay attention to this parameter, but then I realized that I should not trust these ratings. They also take money for advertising from ICO project! You need to check 100 times before you invest!
