I feel like people around me or my family wouldn't take it well if people around me knew about my gambling and that's why I try to gamble as much as I can. Some people can take gambling negatively and some people can take gambling normally, we must understand that and we have to gamble according to position. If people accept gambling naturally then there is nothing wrong with people knowing about my gambling, but where people perceive gambling as a negative, if I discuss gambling with them, they will take it in a very bad way and this is something I have never done. I think everyone should keep this secret so that others have their respect or others can't make any bad comments about me.
If Someone that stranger to me doing this in public? he will face only two things either I will punch Him or will surely shout on him for tapping me and for caring about my business when he should have face his own.
Haha, don't be so harsh. I know that when people are very much meddling with what we do, we should just tell them to go away from us. But I understand that when you become frustrated and didn't take those warnings you have given that person to stop what he's been doing because it is very uncomfortable to you. If it's too annoying and it took me 2-3 warnings to stop then I'd probably raise my voice as well but I'd be mild not to shout.Maybe when people know that there is a difference between an addicted gambler and a normal gambler, then I won’t be hiding my gambling activities any longer because I will make everyone who knows I am a gambler understand that I only gamble for fun and am not addicted to gambling.
But that's the problem in our society. If you're a normal gambler, they'd classify you still as an addicted gambler. So, whether you explain it to them or not, you've been judged already and that's why we shouldn't care to what they say because they are careless to what they say to the gamblers that they don't even know in real life. We're already immune to these bad impressions that we're getting from the society just because we're gamblers. And if we're the one to judge these people, we'll still be judged for being judgmental to them.

I don’t see anything bad in gambling, the only thing bad about gambling is addiction. In most societies, addicted gamblers already make people believe that gambling is a bad activity, so if you are found in a society like this, if people know that you are a gambler, they will start thinking you are a bad person in the society. They don’t care if you are an addicted gambler or just gambling for fun. If I am in a society like this, I will always hide my gambling activity because I won’t want to spoil my reputation in the society. It’s better that nobody knows that I am a gambler. Okay, today I was actually out for a little business and it happens that I almost spent all my time wasted without me even having a smooth deal, but along the line I have few games that I have placed a bet and was wanting to view my games from my phone since gambling is now mobile, what I meant by mobile is that you can access your account at any place provided that you have an internet connectivity you will login to monitor your matches.
So when I logged in, someone close to me easily peep from my left hand side and noticed that I just opened my account monitoring my games, at this point what he said is "ahh you don join dem"? Meaning you have also belong to the groups of people that gambles?

Winners know that gambling is pleasant when done well. Fun and possibly large wins are the goals. Its rewarding when done responsibly, with discipline and a cool head. Show everyone how to accomplish this. We must demonstrate that gambling is fun and not scary. We must educate those who dont see it. We need open, honest discussions about responsible gambling.
Casinos should display this advise for any new account registered to help new gamblers know its importance and also serve as a reminder for those that are already in the know. It should also be displayed as a popup on their platform as a periodic reminder to help keep gamblers in check, but I doubt they would be willing to do that since they leverage on more inflows into their platforms.

Even though our neighbors know about our gambling activities, we don't need to think about it, especially if we can maintain good discipline. We also don't need to listen to what they say about what we do. They will never know that we can use gambling as entertainment.
Sorry but I think it's not something easy to do. You can ignore your neighbors who know about your gambling activities, but you cannot ignore the negative impacts that result. Your neighbors will keep telling bad things about you. Even though you only gamble for fun, your neighbors will see that you are a gambling addict who is wasting your family's money. but I don't think it's necessary to show them how enjoyable gambling can be if done wisely. because basically their thinking is deadlocked and they don't want to hear anything about gambling at all. so it's better to avoid and not say anything about gambling. Keep playing gambling well and as long as you don't disturb them. although sometimes our ears tickle listening to those who ridicule us as gamblers.
In the end, the bad point of view along with some criticism that comes to you I think it can be used as a reminder for you so that you can always remember that gambling does have a significant possibility of bad impact. But in the end there is nothing wrong with hiding our gambling activities if you want to be free from criticism that might disturb your peace of mind.
I used to take seriously the friendly warnings and harsh criticisms that people in my inner circle would give me. But at some point, I realized that I shouldn't care what they think and say about me. I live my life to fulfill myself. I shape my life with my own choices. If I'm obsessed with what others say, I can't shape my life and I can't fulfill my life. I still pretend to listen to them. But in the end, I follow my own truth. It can be rude to ignore them. But when they are too insistent, I ignore them.

Yeah, you nailed it! It's a drag when people are stuck in the past, especially about something that can be totally chill and fun if you're smart about it. But whatever floats their boat, right? There's no reason to waste energy , time trying to convince those who are unwilling to consider alternative viewpoints. If you're still interested in knowing what other think about you, you may one day displease yourself just to get a good reputation. As long as you are not addicted what is to be ashamed of what other think about you. There are several persons out there who have made good wins, I mean the type that has changed their life settings, and due to their story of how they managed to gamble with small stake to make great win, other are also motivated to test gamble. I have a question to those who care a lot about what people think or say about your gambling hobby - what do you do about it? Do they force you to stop gambling? Or force you to gamble more hiddenly or privately? Does their opinion on your hobby make you sad or feel uncomfortable?
