I think for now it is better to hold first, because now it is in mid year and ico price start to rise, so I suggest to sell one to two months ahead.
you need to keep track of your projects, it makes more sense to sell some projects immediately, you need to keep some of them waiting, you can do a good job and get some good luck with a chance factor
The tokens I am about to recieve from the last bounty I plan to hold for a few months, at least. Or maybe earlier if I need money. Usually, if you join the bounty, it implies that you believe in the project. And if so, I don't see the point in selling immediately.
Though i would rather wait for them to be accumulated before i sell than to sell right away. My gotten tokens are used for the betterment of my future and not what i see now.(ie) Irrespective of the market price i always love to hold my token.

I am only selling my coins right away depending on the coin if it does really have the potential to grow even more in the future since not every coin in the market does really have the chance to grow because investors are not interested on it.
After the market has gone up for a long time, I will immediately sell my cryptocurrency. And I will decisively buy my favored cryptocurrency when the market falls.
This is a nice topic with a good question! For me, what am I doing right now is to check the value of the tokens that I am holding. If i checked that the value of a certain token will bring me enough money, (in exchange of my effort...for example is bounty campaign reward), then I will go ahead and sell it. If the value is low, then I will patiently wait for it to get higher.

I do sell my tokens right away, Im holding both ethereum and bitcoin, so I converted the token I received from bounty campaign to bitcoin or ethereum and then hold it . I do not have a single scheme for the implementation of the earned tokens. All depends on circumstances, until living situations and weather on the street
If I see the project that can be big in the following months I hold. Once they followed on their roadmap I had a reasons to hold a coin. If no improvement at all I sell right away as I just notice when an Ico listed in the exchange it so happen price dump so depends on the project.
I will not sell my cryptocurrency in the current market. Because the market is just starting to rise. And the price is not as high as last year. I will continue to wait.
It depends on how you feel brother, for me I prefer to hold a little bit longer of my tokens because after the ICO and the payments were made most of the participants nor investors dump it immediately and it cost the value to go down drastically. I prefer to hold it first, if it does not have an urgent need. Because it can be called an action to contribute to supporting a token project until it reaches its destination.
I'm waiting for the price which 5x I sell it. 
I will not sell them now. I will continue to wait. The current encryption market began to gradually pick up. There is not a lot of price increase, and now I do not think there is much profit.
I will wait at some point, of course I will sell it when the coin price exceeds the ICO price but it is very difficult now a new coin exceeds the price of ICO because prize participants currently sell their coins at a low price when the coins are already listed in the market.
It depends upon the situation sometimes need to sell because it is needed and if the price is not good better wait for a while and be patient in holding. Because we all know that good price will come at a right time to be profitable need to monitor and atudy the flow of the stock market.
I sell it after ICO. If I believe in a project, I sell some coins and some leave a part on the wallet for holding.
I also want to know how other people act, but I personally look at the situation. If the price is not lower than ICO, then you can sell some part, and leave the rest for the case when the coin will have a pump.
buying a coin from ICO means wanting to get more results so keeping it in the wallet longer will definitely be done and when the coin price is higher then the coin is ready for sale
