I think the discounted ICO tokens are listed on exchange because of the general sentiment of investors in that project. Many reasons for this, but I think the two most important causes are investors and the size of the market at the time.
I invested and joined as bounty hunter in many ICO which has good concept, experienced team members and also good hype but after listing price drops very much. Some of project also not recovering since long time. Any comment.
I don't see anything surprising. Now I have not seen a coin that would fly up after listing on the stock exchange. The decline is now due to the state of the market in which we are now. You will have to worry when the market starts to grow, but the coin does not. 
The low price of newly listed coin or token could be caused by all sort of reason, what is important is that the coin is been worked at and investment into the growth of the project continues. Many new coin have gone to do well months after listing!
I think there are many people who don't trust new projects like ICO because now not all coins can make us profit, and also we have begun to understand between good coins and bad coins so we better sell every coin is ugly and reinvest on nice coins.
I was also disappointed with many ICOs that reached hardcap but he suddenly canceled the project due to bad market condition.

I feel you but all that's left are lessons that I think it's best to convert a lot of your earnings in fiat and invest a small percentage but it's also good to trade it every now and then.

This is one of the reasons why they delay the payment of bounty hunters, so what you are getting is only half of the price of the token in their ICO stage because the early or pre-sale investors are the first one to dump their coins after making a profit.
We share the same experiences. After ICO many projects fall below the ICO price after listing to an exchange. I have noticed it especially when the ICO offered a huge bonus and many early investors will sell their tokens. Also when most bounty hunters won't hold their bounties and sell them to make quick profit.

yeah these are the common and major problem in one project and its so stressful because the money you invest is just go to waste and also the effort you give to complete the bounty task, hope that these problem will resolve soon.
Its actually a common practice after the token are listed in an exchange. Usually people just want a quick money after the listing thats why they sell their token at a lower price. It also depends on the needs of the investor or bounty hunter. I think this practice actually making the token worthless and its value and purpose are being affected.
The price of new coins exchanged and the price immediately fell, it was very annoying. I very often experience the price of coins that fall on the exchange. And this is due to investors who have large enough coins and throw coins. But we must be patient and keep holding coins because prices can definitely rise again.

if you sell it but the price is lower than the purchase price, you will lose and you certainly don't want to lose, you have to wait for the price to rise even though the purchase price is only slightly above. the investor will not invest if it will make him lose so he prefers to be safe first. currently many ICOs fail and even market conditions are still not stable. Sometimes, you reviewed everything well, its team, the project itself, the direction its heading, but then on, it failed to meet your expectation when it goes live in the market. It's super dumped. Well, this is not a new story, and the ICO that OP joined is not alone in this struggle. Because of the regress in the market, ICOs nowadays are struggling to survive. But if you strongly believe in the project, just hold on 'til the market goes well, and we'll see what will really happen.
That's the point, from what happen this year, even you really assess well and do some home works before choosing a project to invest or to work for bounty still the end results still the same, after being listed the value fell a lot and there's always a point finger to blame but the serious thing is, there's no support after the listing both pre-sale investors and bounty hunters sell what they've got placing the entire project being dumped completely.

Indeed this is a problem. but if you really intend to invest you should last until the price you want. You must be grateful because the ICO project that you are following can listing price, usually many Scam projects at ICO. if you need money , to sell your coin immediately it doesn't matter.
This is often the case for ICO coins that are just included in the exchange list. I personally experience it too often and I better hold a coin if the market situation decreases. I am sure if the price of coins will definitely increase and match the price of ICO coins.
