Would highly recommend AGAINST playing at this site.
Site forces you to first bet 100 times before you can even chat, which is required to activate the bonus.
Then you must wait for the Admin to apply the bonus, which wasn't explained properly at all (300% bonus really 200% bonus, deceiving requirements listed ['wagering' not really wagering at all), and you are not told that the earlier betting will not be counted.
In order to unlock the bonus (which locks up your balance), you must bet at a very high multiplier to have any shot at unlocking the bonus in a timely manner. You are providing a 200% first deposit bonus. So if someone deposit 1 btc, he will get 2 btc bonus resulting in 3 btc in balance
He will have to wager his bonus amount 45 times which is 90 btc. Since the house edge is 1% in your site.
User will lose 0.9 btc while wagering 90 btc. So the remaining balance of the user will be 2.1 btc resulting in 1.1 btc profit with just 1 btc investment

Terms were quite deceptive.
Their 300% is being treated as 200%.
Their 200% is being treated as 100%.
'Wagered' is not really wagered. It's a made up formula of chance * wagered.
Bonus locks your account.
We've eliminated all the ambiguous rules and made it straightforward, based on your comments.
All the updates has been already made to bonus description.

It means that at 10% wagering contribution is 90%,

The deposit bonuses with x45 wagering requirement looks very attractive, maybe I will try to claim it asap. Is there any time limitation to complete the wagering requirement? And how to see our progress on the wagering of the bonus? Any special tabs showing the progress?

I think that is only one person and have multiple accounts. He have to ban those who are using multiple accounts as only one account is enough for playing on a dice site. So no one will abuse their faucet.
That'll be difficult for him to determine but even if he succeeds in doing that to block that person, people in third world countries are always up to something; they've got a new trick or cheat to by pass security so I'd say he should just let go.

It is the bad effect of tip feature but allow low amount of satoshi. They should increase the minimum tip to avoid this thing, other sites has at least 50k satoshi minimum (bitsler) and bitdice has higher minimum amount to tip 200k satoshi iirc.
