It seems like Duckdice is getting away with refusing to pay out without any evidence. I thank you for your help though.

I believe if your bet is recognized as won, then give them some time. I know it sucks having to wait for that long for them to credit your account with the winnings, and you should note this so that next time, you try out some other service that does not use the same provider to avoid such inconveniences.

How long do you wait after the game was finished? Some sportsbook provider is indeed having some delay to settle bets which the casino doesn’t have control. I encounter some bet that doesn’t settled even after 24hrs on some casino.

Some casino indicates cases like this on their ToS you can review that and use it as reference on your case if you already waited too long for the given time frame in the ToS.

Like you know this is not a normal situation. The bets were live and the game ended regularly. I can't see why the bets are not released when even the provider has called them "won". In any case I have nothing to do with the provider, I have deposited at your site. You can press them on the situation and honor  your duties with your customer.

I have a strange situation with these guys. won some small bets today on live football. after the match ended the bets were called "won" but no money was released. contacted the duckdice on live chat and first they told me that their provider is in charge and they can't do nothing. 2 hours later and still nothing (I guess this is the first case in the history of live bets that the winnings are not released) they are even ironic when I told them that you can't keep my money without everyone knowing this case on bitcointalk. I really am afraid even to think about my first withdrawal in case they release the money...

You need to request them to add it. You can use the live support by clicking "chat now" on the bottom right of the screen. I didn't use this platform personally so I didn't how they can add complaints from casino that is not listed to them.

I believe they can add it manually since Duckdice is willing to cooperate here to discuss with you on a trusted arbitrator.

Look, I get it, I wasn't expecting you to go ahead and come clean about it here.
Regarding the part where it took weeks to learn of this, it was actually a pretty clear-cut case, but there are some internal security procedures in such cases and also had to wait for clearance to be able to publicly disclose this.

Like I said we are more than willing to forward all evidence to the regulatory body, even a legitimate mediator.
I am more than sure however you will not go forward with this, since more than likely you are double-spending, have been doing it for a while, assuming on other places aswell, a practice which is highly illegal.

Regardless, will stop addressing this here and will adress it once more when your "scam" accusation comes up.

I suggest to use Askgambler https://www.askgamblers.com/submit-complaint to challenge their decision if you are confident that you don't have multiple account. I understand the concern of Duckdice for not disclosing the proof of account linked since it will be use by other abuser to dodge their security on detecting alts.

Askgambler is your only chance to challenge this since they are trusted 3rd party arbitrage that can check all the evidence from both party to determine the truth while making the evidence still discreet. Your case falls to this category which we can't determine who's saying the truth unless the evidence is provided publicly which is not gonna happened due to some security concerns.

I experience it personally but I deposit again my money even if it’s already since the transaction becomes invalid when the suddenly increase while my transaction is stuck with the low fee. Using an RBF will create 2 transactions so the previous deposit will still mark as pending since it’s an old transaction.

Double spending is high probable scenario and the evidence above suggests that the user is indeed doing this trick to dodge loss and get extra life line.

I believe you should post the address where you sent the bitcoins and your bitcoin address, the date you sent the bitcoins, also post a photo of your casino account if possible along with the history of deposits and withdrawals and winnings, I don't know if when the casino suspended you you were able to at least have a photo of your account balance, or deposits or withdrawals or if now even with the suspension you would be able to access your account at least to show us that, but even If you are not able to access your account, your wallet must have some history of sending bitcoins, with this you would be able to show that you sent X bitcoin to the casino address

and that the same bitcoin you sent to the casino has already had confirmations, I think this is easy to do. Now for OP, you should also post proof of everything they accuse you of, it took them many days to discover this, something very strange, but as according to them they already discovered this, so it's not difficult for them to show the history of your account: deposits that show that you did this double spending and also OP could you post your bitcoin address where you prove that you did this double spending

What I see as strange is that both parties are not interested in posting evidence, how can anyone determine who is right or not, without both sides showing some evidence? Besides, why did the casino have to take so long just to find out about these types of things? I hope both sides can show proof
