This certain user, Cherylmarshman, has been restricted access to our website, and available funds on the balance seized due to the fact that he's been engaging in double-spending, where basically he would make a Btc deposit with a low fee, we'd credit the deposit ( without network confirmations required) if he'd win he would wait for his deposits to confirm, if he would lose he would cancel the deposit and jump on a new account and repeat the scenario.

We offer instant BTC deposits to ensure our players have an enjoyable experience and not be required to wait hours in some cases for BTC deposits, but unfortunately some bad players like the user in this case try to take advantage of it.

I will update this with more information later on, and also feel free to ask any questions, I'll be available to answer them.

I believe you should post the address where you sent the bitcoins and your bitcoin address, the date you sent the bitcoins, also post a photo of your casino account if possible along with the history of deposits and withdrawals and winnings, I don't know if when the casino suspended you you were able to at least have a photo of your account balance, or deposits or withdrawals or if now even with the suspension you would be able to access your account at least to show us that, but even If you are not able to access your account, your wallet must have some history of sending bitcoins, with this you would be able to show that you sent X bitcoin to the casino address

and that the same bitcoin you sent to the casino has already had confirmations, I think this is easy to do.
