Like I said we are more than willing to forward all evidence to the regulatory body, even a legitimate mediator.
I am more than sure however you will not go forward with this, since more than likely you are double-spending, have been doing it for a while, assuming on other places aswell, a practice which is highly illegal.

I suggest to use Askgambler https://www.askgamblers.com/submit-complaint to challenge their decision if you are confident that you don't have multiple account. I understand the concern of Duckdice for not disclosing the proof of account linked since it will be use by other abuser to dodge their security on detecting alts.

Askgambler is your only chance to challenge this since they are trusted 3rd party arbitrage that can check all the evidence from both party to determine the truth while making the evidence still discreet. Your case falls to this category which we can't determine who's saying the truth unless the evidence is provided publicly which is not gonna happened due to some security concerns.

Using an RBF will create 2 transactions so the previous deposit will still mark as pending since it’s an old transaction.

Double spending is high probable scenario and the evidence above suggests that the user is indeed doing this trick to dodge loss and get extra life line.

I believe you should post the address where you sent the bitcoins and your bitcoin address, the date you sent the bitcoins, also post a photo of your casino account if possible along with the history of deposits and withdrawals and winnings, I don't know if when the casino suspended you you were able to at least have a photo of your account balance, or deposits or withdrawals or if now even with the suspension you would be able to access your account at least to show us that, but even If you are not able to access your account, your wallet must have some history of sending bitcoins, with this you would be able to show that you sent X bitcoin to the casino address

and that the same bitcoin you sent to the casino has already had confirmations, I think this is easy to do. This certain user, Cherylmarshman, has been restricted access to our website, and available funds on the balance seized due to the fact that he's been engaging in double-spending, where basically he would make a Btc deposit with a low fee, we'd credit the deposit ( without network confirmations required) if he'd win he would wait for his deposits to confirm, if he would lose he would cancel the deposit and jump on a new account and repeat the scenario.
