I believe you should post the address where you sent the bitcoins and your bitcoin address, the date you sent the bitcoins, also post a photo of your casino account if possible along with the history of deposits and withdrawals and winnings, I don't know if when the casino suspended you you were able to at least have a photo of your account balance, or deposits or withdrawals or if now even with the suspension you would be able to access your account at least to show us that, but even If you are not able to access your account, your wallet must have some history of sending bitcoins, with this you would be able to show that you sent X bitcoin to the casino address

and that the same bitcoin you sent to the casino has already had confirmations, I think this is easy to do. Wow, this is rather very interesting to know, I have been using some local exchanges where instant btc deposit is a feature, and to be honest , I like this exchange particularly because of this feature,  I never knew that such feature can or could be exploited, coming across this information for the first time here and I'm really happy to learn it, not for any bad reasons or purposes though, but to know that it's something that is very possible to do.

Thank you very much for the effort to update us here on what’s the real issue behind. The newbie case seems like very legit if there’s no quick official answer from you guys. Now I really understand the case since is the common problem of casino that offers instant deposit.

I experience it personally but I deposit again my money even if it’s already since the transaction becomes invalid when the suddenly increase while my transaction is stuck with the low fee. Using an RBF will create 2 transactions so the previous deposit will still mark as pending since it’s an old transaction.

Double spending is high probable scenario and the evidence above suggests that the user is indeed doing this trick to dodge loss and get extra life line.
