Buying more ethereum right now is not a bad thing. As you observe the price of ethereum is multiple times lower from its ATH prices. If we invest right now then the price will recover so most provably it would be very beneficial.
I won't recommend to sell ETH for a price which is lower than 500$ at least. 210$ as it is now is way too low to sell, so its better to hold.
At this price, Ethereum is better to hold or buy for a long term. Now prices for tokens are very low for sale.

Hodl your ethereum, I know that the price of the coin is down right now which makes it hard to hold the coin but if you just hold for a while you won't have any problems
Although the whole market is red, I'm very much afraid of holding ETH now. In my opinion, ETH was fluctuated to its ATH when people were more interested investing in ICO. Nowadays ICO is almost dead. That is why it has less demand. I don't think it will get another ATH soon.
