It will give nothing, need more stronger than that. To help ethereum, bitcoin must have significant price action as leader. Everything depend on bitcoin and like or not as long bitcoin dump all coins will dump also. Keep stay with ethereum because this is good alternative income after bitcoin it self.

Yes it will happen at the end of February if they don't delay it again. Everything could have been completed in early January if there were no security incidents happening to them, but anyway this update will not affect the price of ETH at the present time.

The most recent update about Ethereum is the upcoming Constantinople fork, which has been delayed.
I think until now, they still don't have an exact date for this fork when they will occurred.
Maybe this is the factor of the downtrend Ethereum price in the market.
