What if they get more then $3M, ICO will stopped or what?
That's a big NO. The ICO will just stop after the 37 days+ runs out. Even if it reaches $3,000,000 the ICO will continue. If you go back to their site, you can see that their 3rd Target is $1,000,000 - $3,000,000+ . So, the maximum amount to be raised is infinite as long as there are investors who want to invest. I hope I'd clarifies your inquiry
Also asked that question on the slack channel few hours ago. The admin told me the cap is $3M.

That's not true at all. The sale is capped at 3 million USD. If it hits that, the sale immediately ends.
thats good but you should change the website cuz its says cearly "Target #3: $1,000,000 - $3,000,000+" one can only understand this as NO CAP.
and 2FA for ico account should be made ASAP it is a must in my opinion!

the last ICO i participated before this was Lykke. I hope this one will be as successful as Lykke is.
Lykke is a good investment, and now is much more than ico price. Fortunately this Etel will be better than lykke. I am in too, because the team is awesome veterans in telecommunication industry.

same here...i have spoken in slack chat.. it seems it's just a problem of ico site dashboard..
they are working to fix the problem..
All is ok... Transaction is saved in the blockchain!!!
