Usually this is what a game against Nice should look like until their decline but then its good its good its feeling like they are getting better now than they have been much before now and i love this level of improvement as it will further increase the level of competition in the French Ligue 1 this season because PSG now have equal rivals who will contend for the league title and looking at the table its showing some level of competition that is geared at creating an awakening in the league to both big and small teams just that as usual PSG will mostly remain amongst the top four but finding teams like Marseille there shows their transfer deals during summer was a really profitable and good business they don't have to worry about s its paying off, hopefully they finish top four.

With that reason, I personally still recognize PSG's defeat for losing with a score of 2-0, it was definitely a bad result experienced by PSG a team that has great dominance in Ligue 1.

Also in the away match against Nice that has ended, at first I was also quite sure PSG would still be able to win despite playing away. But anyway, in fact PSG also conceded first by Nice and the final score was 1-1 and with that draw, the top position of the Ligue 1 standings is currently placed by Monaco and PSG is in second place with a 2-point gap with Monaco who is currently at the top of the Ligue 1 standings.

Let's be honest I don't think PSG can win the league title this season because of their current performance, PSG has been winning League 1 titles for many years now but I think this season is going to be different because Monaco is doing better than PSG, I know the league just started but we all know that PSG has not been struggling to win matches for many years until this season, PSG always lead the table every season with many points and stay at the first position till the end of the season but this season is different.

I have been saying that PSG is not going to struggle this season since Mbappe left but it looks like the absence of Mbappe is affecting PSG, Although PSG has Barcola who plays the position he has not been as good and seriously as the way Mbappe did, the only player that is making PSG playing very well is Dembele and if we look at PSG games in the champion league and some games he misses it shows that Dembele is the best in PSG now.

Afer PSG lost to Arsenal in their champions league match last week i was thinking that PSG will pour the anger on NICE but i was surprised seeing the match end in draw but that not withstanding PSG is still very much active in the title race because even though Monaco is topping them with 2 points, i believe they will give it up to PSG soon because Monaco has gotten this kind of opportunity of topping the league table in the past but later gave it up for PSG and with the fact that PSG has scored the highest goals so far in the league make me have confidence in the team and besides they haven't lost any game yet. I don't see Olympic Marseille as a threat to PSG either even though they are just a point behind Paris Saint German.

First PSG draw against Monaco then PSG draw against nice maybe next they are losing against some other opponent. At the end of the sixth match we saw that PSG and Monaco are equal in points but in the seventh match PSG got 1 point in contrast Monaco got 3 points and here but their point difference with PSG is made and they are now at the top position of the points table. If in another match PSG loses or draws while Monaco wins then it will be very difficult for PSG to catch Monaco. Plans need to be made in advance because planning is useless for PSG when there is nothing to do.

PSG started the last two matches less than satisfactory, after losing to Arsenal in the UCL league it turned out to have quite an impact on league 1. Losing two points in the Nice match was indeed very surprising even though we know that PSG in league 1 seems easy to get through all the matches, but in reality a great squad and a great coach are not as smooth as thought. I lost the bet in this match, it hurts because PSG is the favorite team.

This draw made PSG drop from the top of the standings, now PSG is in second place with 17 points from 7 matches. PSG was defeated by AS Monaco who were able to beat Rennes and have now collected 19 points, a difference of two points makes AS Monaco more confident. Nice tried to defend with all they had in the second half and it really worked for at least getting a draw. PSG really started to slow down recently. First losing to Ajax like that and now this point loss...

It is very interesting to see such form of competition in the French Ligue1, something that has been missing in this league for some decades. The French Ligue1 which some people may also refer to as a farmer's league as a way of making mockery of the league due to the way some clubs have dominated the league in the past for quite a long time, so like I said earlier, it is such a good sight to see other clubs standing at the top of the log so as to put some pressure on the PSG and probably ending up clinching the title and change the narrative about the french league, for me, it's a very healthy competition and a welcome development.
