You are not actually lossing your money but rather the prices of your holdings are just dropping down it's value but you should not fear about it. The dip is just a part of cryptocurrency's votality so we must bear with it. Start buying more and try to continue holding.
the best way you can do is to HODL your tokens mate. wait for the time that you could have profits for your coin before you let them sell in the market. don't mind your losses to much, it will just give you hard times to think about it. just relax and have faith that hopefully end of this year or early next year this crisis will end.
Majority of the users, particularly the investors where in a dilemma what to do next. Majority of the users invested big when the price of bitcoin and ethereum peaked high expecting good growth by the ongoing year to which now what we experience is a big fall in price which needs to change. Only thing that can be done is hold without which overcoming the loss just because of the price fall is simply impossible.

Ill suggest to you that you should hold your btc and altcoin. Even me i lost half of my money but im still believing in crypto thats why i hold it .
HODL, I think this is a terrible time to sell BTC or other crypto, the best for now is HOLD because I think almost all altcoins, are currently experiencing falling prices. So just wait until the moment when all altcoins bounce back

your statement states that you've already lost much in btc. I think the best option for you to do is hodl. You've already lost . When you take your money out, you going home with loses . Just stay calm until it shoots again . I have strong belief things would be fine . Its part of the crypto games. However when it comes to online investments especially in online coins, make sure you invest what you can afford to loose .
Just Hold it for the meantime. Patience really pays off. when the market is down, don't panic. it will survive. the price will rise again. I know you lost too much. but you will get what you lost eventually.

Don't do more damage by selling your coin at a low price. I think its best that you continue to hodl your coin and wait for the market to correct its price and become bullish. Based on previous years, this normally happens during the 4th quarter of the year and its just around the corner.
HODL for better market and when the altcoins pump, sold your altcoins at good price to minimal your lose.
I do not think your situation is uniqe, I guess there are not too many people, who could hold at least the value of the portfolio.

There is nothing realy, what we can do in situations, like this forever lasting bear market. Just be patients, and with the bulls, it will not be that hard to gain it back.
Well, if you have literally lost your Bitcoin, you must be more careful. If you talk about the value, well, we all suffer because of that. But good times will come, just have to remain patient.
You should buy more, having more entry points is having more chances to earn profit. This way you don't need to wait for the coin to fully recover to earn.
I think you should think of what makes you loose half of your token in the first place and provide a solution to in other to make such mistake again and then endeavour to hold the remaining for the market to be more balance.
How can one give advice to you? We don't even know which coins you invested in, not all altcoins are same. Hodl is not good for every case.
