I think you need to rest your mind, keep holding your altcoin until its price rise and you get back what you've lost. The thing that happened such as losing your money is still fresh so you're still emotional. With that you may make a decision that is not good that is why I also suggest for you to take a rest.

I didnt lost all of my money but my money fell into one-fifth. I feel so pessimictic about crypto world. I dont wanna sell my tokens at these prices. My advice is to you dont sell anything, be patient and admit your situation. If you sell all of your tokens, you ll accept that you lost your money. If you hodl them and forget what you have, you may get your money back in one day in the future.

Kepp holding it and see how it goes after the end of this year, if nothing happens then it's to let go you cannot keep holding your coin until it goes to 70% of losses it's going to be disappointed if that happens, but history tells us the 4th quarter is the best time for cryptocurrency.
