Join the club. Holding blindly is not the greatest idea either, some coins will never recover. Pick your battles and start working your way up again, no point holding on for the sake of it. Just hodl, when i was new i made mistake and sold all my coins on the bottom and in some months everything made min 2-3x, but i was out. It was expansive lesson, so learn from others mistakes. P.s. if you are sure you can trade - try to rebuy cheaper.

You should not panic and sell all your altcoin. The best way is to hold. If you have not sold altcoin, then your money is still there, but it will be reduced when the altcoin price drops. Surely the price will recover, and you will get back your moneygive me your suggestion.
