Patrick provided a legit credit rating based on the facts that were available at the time of that rating, as far as lenders go he is as legitimate if not more legitimate as anyone out there, the actions of others are not within his control.

For the past eight months I've never had an issue with Pirate or trading/transferring of funds. The recent decision to shut down BS&T the way he did has proven messy, and that is preventing timely withdrawals which is pretty annoying, so I wait.

The reason for the email request is that some user account names dont match forum names. Pirate requested forum names. Also I will let the account holder decide if they want me to submit the info to Pirate. If you don't please let me know. But the you would risk losing a payout if it is required.

I have emailed you the relevent info and read the irc chat. Does this mean the debt information of each of your PPT is going to be given to Pirate. He will just decide to pay the big accounts where he has the most chance of comebacks and sling the rest 
Anything below BTC10.00 he'll just delete. If he had enough funds to pay them all he would just give you the money. I hope I'm wrong and he just wants to pay everyone at the same time but it doesn't look like it and I feel the small accounts won't even get looked at. Can you advise on that.

Hi I have some old "secured" deposits that are no longer "locked-in" and I haven't withdrawn. Does that mean they are still earning interest at the original offer?
As long as they haven't been withdrawn, they are still earning interest.

If I deposit for 1%/week and withdraw in say 5 days, do I get get the interest for those five days or do I need to leave the BTC in the account for 7 days?
If you withdraw before the 7 days then you will receive a prorated interest rate.
