Cut off all the sugar and sweet stuff, only drink water and eat integral, fruits, vegetables or whole wheat things. And a lot of running or another sports activity obviously helps a lot for keeping a healthy life and diet.

Since my stove broke down, I started eating really healthy! No homemade burgers, no cheap steaks, no doubt I feel better

I'm eating boiled chicken, buckwheat, cottage cheese and drinking a lot of water every day. Also eathing fruits and vegetables with meat.
