if you still you have in profits on your investment coins and if required money then you can sell other wise better to keep hold you coin because Crypto market will come back again, once increasing price graph then you will get good profits.
If bitcoin and altcoin price are lower than how much you spent much better hold it until the price comes back to its track .unless you want to lose more money..patient is a virtue..just patietly wait..bitcoin and altcoin will going back on its track ..
I am a long-term investor so I am accumulating at this time, however I have to admit that I do worry about this market that does not reverse the downtrend
Currently I own a lot of altcoin, I bought them at ico. My account is being downgraded several times. There are many people who say bitcoin will continue to decrease, so altcoin prices also decreased compared to USDT. So now, should I sell them and wait for the price to buy back? Give me advice 
don't sell them.. it's now too late to do that, Just wait fro the market to go bullish then you can sell them. another thing you would have done during the bearish market was maybe to trade them against USDT and wait fro the market to rise the you trade them back from USDT bt all that is now too late to do
the coin market I see is getting green again for some coins and I think it's a good thing and if it continues then the price of coins will be high so holding a coin in the wallet will make our coins more valuable and profitable

The point of the price is down as today I think people should keep going better. It is better to hold your coin than to sell it wait for the right time to sell your coin, don't sell in the bearish market because you will have a high losses the only need is to wait for the bull run, but don't worry i think the bull was start now because the market is continue in green I hope it would not just a fud pump so that the panic seller would decrease.
Last ico in where i invested is 75% down from ico price, this is killing me, but i am trying to resist to do not sell them. I have some experience in cryptos and i know how it works. In some months from now, we all are going to remember this bearish season and we are gonna laugh about it.

Never ever do selling in deep when you invested on any coins just hold and be patient on waiting until the market recovers because selling in deep will not make you profitable at all
Sell or hold is your choice. Depending on the coin you have. It would be better for you if you know the information about the coin you have. i think, you can sell of the altcoins that you think are shitcoins and hold the once that have increased in bitcoin value. So, you will be better to keep updated the latest information and use your strategy to choose hold or sell.
I highly suggest wait for the crypto currency to recover its downfall. No one really knows when it will regain its prices but it will definitely going to recover and will be back to the way it was. Let's just be patient and think of the brighter side.
At this moment much better to hold your coin whatever coins is it. Maybe the market now are crying because it decreases but look forward and you will see at the end of dark way there is a light that will give laughter to everyone. What i mean is the market will recover soon and the price of altcoins and bitcoin will surely rise up and continue to increase more than our predictions and speculations. it's best to hold it first and wait for the bitcoin to rise and altcoin will increase before you sell it so you can earn more.
I think it's not worth selling if you not sell at high price before, just hold ,long term investment is the best way to earn more profit.
Hold it until the priceto comeback. You will lose money if you sell it already. When it comes to holding, you need more ptience because when the time comes you will have a great profits in the future. We just need to learn to wait and to be patience. Holding is a right decision and when the time comes you will have good profits. Many investors is waiting until the value will have a good value.
Don't let yourself get carried away with the current panic a number of cryptocurrencies value gives to us investors. The value will recover in this year I'm telling you. You just have to hold and be patient for huge bull markets and comebacks for your cryptpcurrency investments. As this is the very least thing we could do as responsible investors in the cryptpcurrency industry. so don't sell and instead hold your coins.
