For me, i will choose to hold it for a long time because for sure you will make a right decision when time comes, when it backs to original price or it will pump, or will dump but the thing is when you hold it for a long time, when time passed by you can make a decision if you sell it or hold it. Get my point? Just hold it and believe to that coins of yours, it will pump!

Currently I own a lot of altcoin, I bought them at ico. My account is being downgraded several times. There are many people who say bitcoin will continue to decrease, so altcoin prices also decreased compared to USDT. So now, should I sell them and wait for the price to buy back? Give me advice 
I think you better hold the altcoin you have, because the price is falling again. But if the current price is still higher than the price when you buy, you can sell it and still can benefit.

i am happy ,because i sold all my altcoins at 800$ eth . yes i can sell them at 1200 $ 1000$ 900$ ,right now eth is 400$
Now it is not necessary to be too confident and blindly believe in tomorrow growth. If the situation is very stressful for you, you better just sell and wait for better times.
I disagree with you, being stress about the market is not enough for you to sell your tokens, because that would be a sure lose of profits in the nesr future. This market might seems impossible to get up but if we are going to believe then that is enough for us to hodl and sell our tokens on the right time.

I think you should hold at this time. You can sell later when the market is blooming again. Selling when the value is low will only make you loose and regret when the crytocurrency goes up again. So I will advice u hold for now and sell later

I agree with you, for now it is better to hold your coin. Because this time the price of more altcoin are going down. This happen because of bad news that featuring on line and other TV network. But in my opinion it will recover again in the next days or next months. So it is better to hold and wait for the right time. I mucch preferred for you to hold fpr a while since all the coins are on a lower price into the market so selling your coins are just gonna give you a not profit at all and much worst losses. And youbare just gonna make them fall much more so what is the point of selling that is just a waste of opportunity and money. Just stay calm and all will be come to normal again just it will take time so ypu better have a lot of patience because before you enter this thing you must have itm

It will always depend on which coin you have invested, if you already did some research and it turns out that its a good coin, then hodl is a good choice for you, just need to wait until the bullmarket, this bear market is a lesson that bullrun will not last forever.

i have the same condition with you, i know that your feel, but for me, i don't want sell them now, because the price all of my asset going down more than 60% from the begin, so keep hold them.
