Buy and hold purchased coins is the easiest and most effective strategy which has successfully proved throughout long time. I myself adhere to this strategy and recommend it to my friends.
I want to say if it is now Hard to guess the market situation. We can not decide the market situation. Now the market is better a few months ago. And, the price of crypto is on the rise, but the price is still low compared to the peak they've ever achieved. So the best thing to do if we want to profit is to hold and wait until the market recovers.
Depend potential of altcoin you hold. Some altcoin can't go up that price you buy or take so long to back in all time high. Exemple like STRAT, it can't go back 400k sat yet, maybe couple years it will come. No one know. But just think positive 
Yeah you are right, I also believe that holding is the best way until december because like what happened to bitcoin last year, from $9500 it rises to $20000 which is so high and very good for those who hold bitcoins

Yes I agree with you because its need patience to hold your coin while the price was low. We need to set high target or at least the price is the same with their ICO price so we can get our reward effectively and worth it. If you sell it when time is not right, you will lost it
