Everyone has a time to lose their temper, but I don't think it is necessary to lose your temper in most cases. Often impulses will have serious consequences!

Go outside for a little while until you are ready to get back in. Take slow deep breaths untill you feel calm and relax

Hello!! I do not get too angry. But when I get angry I adopt many methods of control. As I got angry,I brought a little smile on the face of it,which caused my anger to disappear.

Take a deep breath, and rethink about the consequences of your action. That helped me a lot

Take a deep breath and analyze the situation first. Try to be calm and open minded as possible. Do not make your anger to a person become worst. What you need to do is to handle the situation the right way. Think of a good confrontation or a solution to the problem instead.

Holding your temper is quite very difficult for me. I easily flare up specially if I do not like what I hear. Counting 1 to 10 is also not very effective for me. What I usually do is staying away from the person who makes my temper go up.

Hi! I am a newbie here. I quite struggle about holding my temper and i easily flare up whenever i lost my temper on someone or a certain situation. How do you guys manage yours and stay normal in the midst of pressure? I know it is not ok to just be carried away by our emotions easily specially when the result could be disastrous but what to do?

You can just leave the scene and find solace by yourself in a quiet place instead of entertaining your emotions. We are human and it is normal for us to feel like that but how you respond to it is the time you will be responsible for whatever actions you take. Do not step down in the same level with the person who causes you to lose your temper.
yes bro when I'm angry sometimes I also do this

I pause for a while. I concentrate on my breathing and then try to slow down.
I also do log walks just to clear my mind.

Take a deep breathe and don't forget that: You can't win an argument with ignorant.

young soul and spirit are not free from emotion and this is a source of trouble, be patient and always remember that emotions will further aggravate the situation. if you enter it then you will be more able to withstand anger

i might be having quick tempered problem than you do. However i have some measures i put in place to avoid case being worsened. I would take a deep breath and walk out of the scene or what makes me angry. Eg. i might be having one or two arguments with my gf or sister and in other not to worsen things, i would probably get out of the scene to avoid myself

MOST TIMES WHEN AM IN AN ANGRY MOOD AND SEEMS TO LOOSE MY TEMPER WHAT I DO TO CALM MY ANGER IS TO TAKE A WALK TO ZOO OR BAR BEACH WHERE THE COOL ATMOSPHERE AROUND CAN JUST CALM ME DOWN AND MAKE ME FORGET MY WORRIES, ALTERNATIVELY I MAY DECIDE TO TAKE A CHILLED ALCOHOL AS WELL.
