Hi guys im just wondering what are your ways to deal with stress, i can not seem to cope with stress.
Its not just school thats causing this problem for me but other events that occured in my life the past couple of months,
this month has been especially hard, i cant sleep due to the anxiety that i have this is m second night i havent slept.
What are some ways i can relieve this..
When you want to sleep especially in the night turn off your lamp and near the time to sleep don't do anything that heavy your mind like. Do activity that relax your mind such as take a bubbles bath with warm water,listening to classic musics, drink some warm chocolate it will help reduce your insomnia. for stres that you are face now and the many problems that occurred in your life let it be and even its hard just face it. Because this to will past just belive on it. Cheer on Smiley

When I feel stressed in my life, i want to be alone with so much food at movies. This is my way to deal with stress. Sometimes walking around the streets or going to the park where can I relax my mind.

I take my dog out on walks three times a day. Try to stay off the phone. Also running and tennis helps:)

Take a break, to cope with stress you need to regain strength and as much as possible rest. Also, free yourself from random thoughts or don't over think things, let yourself have peace of mind.

Get your mind busy with sport, friends. I would also recommend relaxation and meditation but for some people it does not work as they still think about stressful things.

Just facing with the problems, i know stresses will come and visit you but that's not the point, it not gonna help you improve yourself, face with it and go through it for a better future.

You can deal with stress by doing some activities like jogging, biking, playing badminton. If you are a gamer you can play some games to forget your problems. Don't just focus on your problems, go hang out with your friends.

Try to find the thing that's making you stressful. Think about how to solve the problem and take some action to do that. All the others are just temporary solution and you'll have to deal with the real problem sooner or later.

I think relax is the best way to deal with loss. Try to do things that could make you relax like hanging out or listening to music.
