e started meditating, it helped me a lot. I used to be stressed out, insecure, not focused... But since ive started with meditation, im feeling a lot better. Im not stressed at all, more focused, relaxed. If youre interested, look for Koi's corner on youtube, he's an amazing guy and you will learn a lot from him Grin


There is one solution that I'm still wondering why it isn't in everyone's daily lifestyle. Mindfulness (or meditation but it's not really the same thing)
I recommend everyone download the headspace app and start using the free trial. Just do it for 10 days and see the result, but you have to really do it and not miss a day or two. However, even if you are not consistent, try to make a habit out of this and you will be a better, happier person for the rest of your life.

Hi guys im just wondering what are your ways to deal with stress, i can not seem to cope with stress.
Its not just school thats causing this problem for me but other events that occured in my life the past couple of months,
this month has been especially hard, i cant sleep due to the anxiety that i have this is m second night i havent slept.
What are some ways i can relieve this..
The way to relieve my stress is just to sit in a beautiful place with a cup of coffee, with gentle breeze can hear the water flow smoothly. That feeling made me no longer tired of everything. This life is very tired, so take care of yourself well.

You will feel stressed if you want to finish all at the same time, so learn to be patient in every problem, learn humble and smile  Smiley, always thinking positive and solve the problem slowly but surely

Hi guys im just wondering what are your ways to deal with stress, i can not seem to cope with stress.

The way to deal with stress is that I spend a day with my friends and play happily, without thinking about anything. In life there are too many troubles, so in a week at least we should spend a day to relieve stress tired.

I often go out with my friends. Sitting by the river waiting for the fish to bite. Then the mood will be very comfortable

how to cope with stress!? if all I do is look for entertainment watching television with comedian show, exchanging thoughts with your friends who can be in trust.

Whenever that i feel that i am stress, the only thing that i do is to eat my comfort food. It makes me relaxed.
I, too, are helped by delicious food to cope with stress. Only my weight does not understand this. After that, I'm gaining too much excess fat

Do something you enjoy doing, which doesn't cause you too think about the other problems. Gaming, hiking etc. Stress can be a good thing and is unavoidable.

yes do something that makes us happy.
does not mean we forget it because when the silence of stress will return, but by making ourselves relaxed we can flex a little nerves that had been strained, so we can solve the problem in a state of calm.
We can play a game. I think with playing games it's will be deal with stress.

What if i say "masterbution" yes one of the best stress relief, give a try before you sleep, you will be amazed about the results, also try to focus on what you like the most, like walking, playing games, watching movies something that forgets about your problems,this is the life,life is not beautiful rose,we have to keep move or we will get lost,all people have problems, which gave us stress, depression, giving up or running from them us not an option, we have to face them, if it hitting you hard make it your bitch, hit back hard and keep walking.

I think the best way to deal with stress is to do something what give you happiness. Some kind of listening music, playing video games, or visiting another city/country
