I do not agree. Stress is a natural reaction to the threat. It is not possible to avoid, but you can learn to control it. In this state, inexperienced people can make rash actions and they may exacerbate the consequences. Therefore, the stress needed to gain experience and adequate behaviour in extreme situations.

Stress is all in your head. It's about mentality. As in glass half full or...
as in something is a problem or a challenge...
Being conscious of your thinking and adjusting your perception is key to live without stress

For me eat food that you like to be happy.
then avoid alcohol that giveyou always think sad emotion .
exercise every day give your body energy and to be physically fit
rest get more sleep ,,, sleep is one of technique that give your mind and body relax.
and don't forget talk to other have a chat if suffering in stress tell about your problem
that give your emotions a way.. pray always God help you to but don't forget all problem will
will solve with your own self.

This topic and advices are worth reading. Stress is a real problem.
You can't deal with it alone, it is mentally draining. Mostly of stressed
people are those who are very serious even for a little things/issues.
The best therapeutic way in treating this is, take a rest and bond with your family.

To avoid stress it is very useful to walk in the fresh air and practice moderate exercise. You also need to do what you like and eat delicious food. Also fun with friends helps to forget about all the bad.

Add stuff in your life to reduce your stress is most of the time an illusion that only contain your stress, and sometime increasing it on the long term.
To deal with the stress, it's not the best solution to add, but to reduce. If an event, situation, person, etc ... is causing you stress, your must work to remove/avoid that source from your life.
Of course it's not always possible. Often it's hard when you're stuck in a circle.

Sport, food, pills, meditation are only patchworks. Words and stimulus aren't a final solution.

HOW TO HANDLE STRESS

1. Exercise regularyl
2. Get enough sleep
3. Eat properly
4. Learn to relax
5. Practice yoga and meditation
6. Do the things you love
7. Avoid negative thinking
8. Organize your life
9. Identify the things that makes you stress, abduct the things that keeps away your stresses.
10. Take full responsibility of your life.

Hi guys im just wondering what are your ways to deal with stress, i can not seem to cope with stress.
Its not just school thats causing this problem for me but other events that occured in my life the past couple of months,
this month has been especially hard, i cant sleep due to the anxiety that i have this is m second night i havent slept.
What are some ways i can relieve this..

There are many ways on how you can deal with stress . Do things that will makes you calm and in the same time you can having fun . For example doing the things like hanging out with your friends, sometimes overthinking and being alone is one of the reason why you are stress , so I suggest you to talk more to your friends and do something that you and your friends will make you happy.

avoid over night chating, and late sleep

and getting early morning, and doing some regular exercises and

especially meditation gives more relief from stress.

i have to go for a peaceful places like church and park then i get some relief.

other wise i have to listen  music and watch movies then i get some relax.

When I am stressed I used to do a long walk to ease my stress and walking made my mind clear and fresher to start over. Another thing to do is to calm down (inhale, exhale) and face the cause of the stress and find a solution to ease it and don't just keep it to yourselves. Do some shopping, watching movies, go to the beach etc.
I do the same whenever I am stressed out. I take a long walk to the park or anywhere that I think is peaceful and quiet. I also tend to eat a lot of foods especially my favorite ones because good food will bring you to good mood. I also talk to my mom and tell her my worries and all.

Think about something important or something that makes you happy. Think about the moments that can make yourself worthy. That thing makes you feel better and lessen your stress.

Yeah, if you feel stress don't think about any problem, do something makes you happy, just reLax and be with someone who can lose your stress.

First make yourself a nice cup of earl grey tea.
Second make yourself a warm snack, preferably from the oven. I like to go with a molten cheese bread.
Third have your mother nag at you for not doing enough around the house.
Forth: begin at first step.
