According to our prof in personality development, there are two types of stress. The positive stress and the negative stress. Positive stress are those academic activities like solving a math problem, puzzles, and etc. While the negative stress cam cause physical and mental health problem.I am also dealing with negative stress and I cope up from it by meditating, doing things that I enjoy and reaching out to someone. When I am stressed I go to the beach. The fresh air and cold wind helps me take away my stress. It is so tefreshing. But sometimes I will just it chocolate.

Hello
To deal with stress, i think you have to manage your time well, talk with people who believe and trust you, you also have to do what you like (Gaming, sex, watching films...). And try to avoid Caffeine, Alcohol and Nicotine or at least try do reduce, because it can increase your level of stresse. And finally when you feel stressed, go for a brisk walk in fresh air. Why don't you do a regular physical activity to help you, it will also improve thye quality of your sleep. Smiley

Sometimes I think stress is good for me. It makes me finished certain task. But too much affects my health greatly by changing hormones way and my body physiologically. I manage those by writing all the stressors of my everyday life, yoga is a vaery helpful tool too. Music relaxes me too especially those classical once and affirmative words are doung most of the stress removing workload.

Stress comes from living the same life you used to live, but without an important component to it, whether it be a place, a person, or a hobby. Try changing your life, going new places, meeting new people. But more importantly, try to work on your mindset. Those things combined can make you conquer stress and come out of a depressing situation in the best way possible. Stress is something you can learn from.

Having a busy and tiring day everyday , stress will always chase you. It is important for us to get relax our mind and body, this is one way of fighting against stress. Hanging out with people with positive mind and talking to them everyday will help you to defeat the stress. Having a positive people around you will give you a peaceful mind .

Find a quiet place and take a 5-minute de-stress break to practice your breathing

The right kind of exercise will help burn off some of that anxiety and will help you sleep better

Learn to quickly reverse your stress response,,

Take care of your body,

Get into the right frame of mind,

Avoid toxic people,

In my opinion by communicating or talking to share a story about the problem or the burden of life to someone is very good to reduce the burden experienced and telling a friend allows someone to get the solution of the problem.

Whenever I feel stressed, I drink a pint of Bacardi white rum. Then I go to sleep. When I wake up, all the stress is gone. You guys can also try this method.

depends on yourself to control stress,a lot of positive things for example sport in addition to relieving stress,our body is also healthy.
