I feel like I am TOO calm. Like I had surgery monday and I actually felt good that day by getting some stress.

I don't really have intense anxiety, but I think I have boredom anxiety. Right after I graduated and had a ton of free time on my hands, I started getting really anxious. Lots of GERD, heart palpitations and general nausea/icky feeling.

Hmm if you can't sleep and have anxiety you could try acupuncture, i've heard for those problems it's better than regular medicine.

Hi guys im just wondering what are your ways to deal with stress, i can not seem to cope with stress.
Its not just school thats causing this problem for me but other events that occured in my life the past couple of months,
this month has been especially hard, i cant sleep due to the anxiety that i have this is m second night i havent slept.
What are some ways i can relieve this..

Go out with friends and relax. Go to a pub and have a drink.

Some of the other things you can do to relax yourself is to go for a massage or go for a vacation. Don't stress yourself out over this Cheesy

if it's achievement related stress, go get started on it now. Don't think of it as doing the task, think of it as killing the stress

try to not nap. Usually makes my anxiety worse when I wake up.

Depends on if I'm angry-stressed or sad-stressed. If I'm angry-stressed, anything that's loud so I can yell it out, and slowly shift to something loud and fun. In true white kid fashion, 'Break Stuff' by Limp Bizkit is almost always played.

Drive. Nothing chills me out more than going on a nice long drive down the backroads, blaring some music.

Crush it all down into a tiny ball inside. I'm not sure what happens to it after that. Maybe it turns into cancer?

Listening to music is a good way to deal with stress, eating food you like is another good way too Cheesy

How does Hillary Clinton deal with stress? She explodes in private on who ever is near her. So the best thing is to not put yourself in a situation where you constantly have to hold your anger in.

Stress is very spoils life. We must get rid of it, and it can turn into a depression. We need to spend more time outdoors. Getting pleasant emotions. Do something interesting

Do Tai Chi
it's the best thing for the body and mind
very distressful, no possible physical injuries
you can do it everywhere , better in the wilderness or in a park

I practice the Chen style but are all fine if you find a good instructor Wink
