I remember my sad times when I was younger, and going to gym or doing yoga that kind of stuff really helps.

You will feel stressed if you want to finish all at the same time, so learn to be patient in every problem, learn humble and smile, always thinking positive and solve the problem slowly but surely

Hi guys im just wondering what are your ways to deal with stress, i can not seem to cope with stress.
Its not just school thats causing this problem for me but other events that occured in my life the past couple of months,
this month has been especially hard, i cant sleep due to the anxiety that i have this is m second night i havent slept.
What are some ways i can relieve this..

the easiest way to deal with stress and to gey rid of it ,if your stress at work for 5 years straight you need to resign to your work ant find another job , if your stress for a week you need to pamper yourself just a little bit go to sm and watch some cinema or play on a arcade or other physically but fun activities, there is a lot of way to deal stress you just need to relax for a while

All we need to do is relax and think about good things, not the bad memories happened in the past.

To cope with stress the best way is to shift attention to something positive. Best is to take care of our loved ones. If you have none then this task help to manage our Pets. They are always happy to see you and bring a lot of positive emotions.

Gaming. Literally, I have had small sessions of online gaming before leaving from home for exams. It was great stress buster. All the frustration was no more after a perfect game. I played : Counter Strike(Most of time), AOE , DotA.

After a competitive game in CSGO I have a blood pressure, and some doctor said that games can add more stress. So I just play campaign like dead rising, stalker, GTA on normal difficulty its helps sometimes...

To overcome stress, you need to walk more in the open air, play sports, watch comedies, chat with friends, play with animals or do whatever pleases you the most.

I think you do not sleep because of thoughts that worry you all the time. In this situation, only a person with whom you can talk will help you! With this person you need to discuss everything that excites you! Do not necessarily wait for advice, you just need to discuss.
Usually it helps me
Also I want to note that alcohol and drugs will only aggravate your situation!

For me, when it comes to online gaming, it depends if I'm doing well or not. If it's one of those days where you're single-handedly decimating the enemy team, it's a great destresser. If it's one of those days where you're about as much use as a sponge mug then it'll just leave me feeling worse.

For me, cleaning. Usually when I'm stressed it's because of something outside of my control, so organising my home makes me feel better. It helps because I'm doing something, it doesn't take long, it works out tension and at the end everything looks better.

Yeah I don't know. Getting some tests done with my doctor to make sure its not a coincidence. It just sucks not being 'comfortable with myself' without work to do. Its getting better on its own though, but I really need to get into some mindfulness meditation.

It might be your thoughts overworking. I got my first anxiety attack.when I had my first.month off work.in four years. I was so constantly busy that I didn't have time to worry. Then it all hit me.
