I always go for a walk by myself and just take deep breaths. Get away from the things that may be stressing you at the time. Everyone copes differently. Try a few ideas listed here in this thread and see what works best for you.

The hard part is though eventually you will probably have to face the stressful situation again.

During my walks I try to think of ways to combat things.

Better take rest for some time it will heal the stress.

If you feel stress then you should take break and relax for a while and drink water or juice, talk to your friends, and if possible take a power nap.

You really need to talk to someone. This is one major thing we miss most of the time. From independent to being "interdependent".

Hi guys im just wondering what are your ways to deal with stress, i can not seem to cope with stress.
Its not just school thats causing this problem for me but other events that occured in my life the past couple of months,
this month has been especially hard, i cant sleep due to the anxiety that i have this is m second night i havent slept.
What are some ways i can relieve this..

 i cant deal with stress .. as a teacher , stress is part of my life..

Just forget all your problems.
Be happy and just enjoy your life.

The difficulty is unable to forget the problems. This may give you more stress.
But we can go for any entertaining way to get ourselves buy so that we will forget our problems. Gambling are one of them. Trekking also will give you a great sort of relief.
