more true food - fresh veggies, fruits and nuts instead cakes and snacks, good quality meat and fish, less bread. Try to cook yourself and do some exercise. Not much if you are not used to, but try to do it regular

Calorie deficit. You can lose weight without exercise and just laying in your bed the whole day as long as you have a calorie deficit, which means eat less than your body uses up.
