To lose weight i suggest that to follow this principle. 80% Nutrition 20% Exercise! You should always check your calorie intake daily and substitute high calorie food to lower one. For example white rice to brown rice. Also dont forget to get a check up first before giving your time on the exercise side.

I lost my weight with everyday yoga and I'm super proud of it. It's great couse you can star practice event if you didn't like/do exercises before. It's very good for most people and you can find teacher who will match the practice to your fitness. Of course you can't eat donuts and other sugar-hight stuff Wink For me: paleo dier was good was, but it's not for everyone and it's good to find some diet coatch who could help you with food planning.
