I think you start drinking a glass of water before eating, Water is very helpful to the process of weight loss. You don't eat too much, eat only when you feel hungry!

If you want to lose your weight you need to eat a proper diet, like eating unprocessed food, don't eat too much, eat only when you feel hungry, avoid drinking soft drinks just drink tea with lemon and do everyday exercise.

I have tried so many times to loose weight but ended up getting overweight. I am starting to question the effects of exercise. I just don't understand why instead of losing weight I got so big instead. Yet still I am hopeful that I might be able to get the right formula for these. The last time I loose weight was when I ate only once or twice a day. Yet it was hard for my stomach.

How do you lose weight, especially if you’ra hypersensitive person? There may be others out there who have tried taking medications but ended up stopping due to appearance of rashes in the body. What are the other measures for it, apart from exercise?

It would be best to consult a nutritionist and dietitian to help you achieve your ideal body weight specially if you've tried different kinds of diets but none of them have worked or if you have a medical condition.  But always remember, the goal is not to lose weight rather it is to be healthy.  Smiley

I am already overweighted and my weight is around 150kg so asking for a weight loss tip from me will be the worst thing lol. I will ask other members here if they can give me some tips about the weight loss so I can also lose some weight.

losing weight cuts from eating diets such as avoiding sugary drinks and fruit juice.
Drinking water a half hour before meals, hope this can help

Just after you cut back a bit meal that you eat after 6 p.m and start jogging at least 2 times a week you can see changes of ur body.At least it helped me,though i didn't want to lose much weight,just to get sharp.It helped me a lot.

It is simple have a regular exercise and eat less fat foods. Also have a healthy diet and healthy lifestyle. Another try to visit a fitness trainer so he can help you in reducing weight.

Well if you want to healthier diet then exercise, outside that just go to hospital to get you fat get liposuction of body fat.

Weight loss is simple, just exercise in the morning and with a proper diet will have a better body, I think should go to the gym.

The best method is not medicine, but a combination of exercise with proper meal. Only one of these will not bring such results as their combination.

It is best not to eat a lot of meat and starch. Strengthen vegetables, fruits and milk as you can lose weight successfully.
